★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best repair experience I have had by a long shot. A buddy of mine backed my car into a rock at a bachelor party and Jessica and Dougei helped me out super fast and at a very reasonable price. Plus the car basically looks detailed leaving the shop. Amazing service, couldn’t recommend any higher for anyone needing work downtown Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direct Repair, Mr. Dougie and his team (s/o to Jessica at the front desk!) - deserve 5 FULL STARS! The service is very professional, thorough and the team is very knowledgeable. They all do their best to conduct the maintenance and service to your vehicle with a lot of care and attention to detail! Really personable, straight forward about time and costs, and aim to do what's most convenient/manageable for you. I had a tow truck driver accidentally hit the entire front of my car, thanks to Direct Repair it is honestly good as new! I HIGHLY recommend them! Will definitely be bringing any future repair needs to them! - Aarti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got three quotes on body work to fix a bad scrape on our Subaru that was beginning to rust. Direct Repair Leaside took the time to explain the estimate in detail, gave the best price by far and listened to our requests. Professional service on time just as stated. They are totally service focussed and run a great operation. The car looks wonderful and they cleaned the interior for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to bring in my car due to damages to the passenger side front and rear doors (right hand side) - so much so that my right front door handle had fallen off. They did a fantastic job in fixing everything and making my car look brand new, alongside a thorough interior and exterior detailing/cleaning.
I shopped around at a LOT of different auto shops before I made my decision to go with them, and I am so glad I did. Simply put, my car looks newer than when I had first purchased it. It's a 2013 model that looks more like a 2020+ model right now thanks to their care. They have provided a lifetime warranty as well, which I don't think I'll need but in case I do, I have no doubts about the service they'll provide.
Both the owner (Douggie) and the Front Office Manager (Jessica) have been extremely pleasant, fair, and diligent in dealing with. I cannot recommend this shop enough. After you deal with them, you will understand why they are rated 4.9/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's face it, no one is happy having to get collision damage repaired, but I promise you Direct Repair will leave a smile on your face. What's important for the repair is quality of work, turnaround timing, location, and of course price. What's important for me are the people I'm dealing with, and they are a lovely family, the owner is a sweet man with a super likeable personality and his daughter who manages the office is equally lovely.
There's a reason this business has 4.9 stars - and remember, it's a body shop. They are clearly doing everything right and I could not recommend them more strongly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After obtaining 3 quotes for my car to repair a nasty scrape, I decided on Direct-Repair and am happy with my decision! The service was courteous and prompt. My car was ready a day earlier than expected, and was spotless clean upon pick-up. They also stand behind their work. While I hope I won't need any further body shop visits, I would certainly return if needed and would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Direct -Repair, Douglas and his great Team. I will never go anywhere else put this place to fix my Vehicle. Douglas is a great person, he helped me and give me great advise regarding my Van. I had my Van body work done here and what a great job they did, My van looks so new, they even washed and cleaned the inside of the Van which they didn't have to. I was so impressed with the body work my Van looked great. I am so happy I found this place. Great Service and Douglas and his staff was so kind. Professionalism, Great Staff, clean place ,Quick Service. Am never going anywhere else but Direct-Repair.
A five Star, well deserved.. Thank you to the entire Team!
