R	Ritz Supan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waitress, waiter, supervisor and manager treated us like children. They constantly had to tell us to sit in our places or else the bill will be put under one big bill. If the staff doesn't have a procedure on how to bill separately because people choose to socialize, then they should take the customer's names. Other establishments can do it or have better trained staff that have good memory. They knew how to ruin a party's fun. But the staff was more than happy to take our money at the end. I also had to laugh when the waitress said their place was fine dining. I guess she doesn't get out much. The company I worked for had many parties at the Laird location. In fact, there were 2 parties on the same day last week. It'll only take the people at my party to get the word around to choose another venue for the next company event.
P	Pooya Sadeghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Resturant is beautiful and has a great lively vibe, the staff are amazing from reception to our lovely host Christy, the food tasted a looked great and we had a great time for a party of 9. Lotsa beer to choose from but I personally recommend to Downtown Brown and the Smoke Burger and finishing with the Amazing Bread pudding. Highly Recommended ??

We really enjoyed their appetizers, especially the pretzels and the buffalo cauliflower. So much flavor and so tasty, cant get enough of it. The server was very friendly and accommodating. Kept checking up on us which was nice and making sure we were all satisfied. Would definitely return in the future!

Their staff called us in advance to let us know about the weather situation prior to our arrival. Fortunately we had a roof over our table to protect us from any rain/drizzle. There was a nice warm atmosphere with fires around the establishment and we had an outdoor heater above our table. Despite the gloomy weather we were greeted with a beautiful rainbow on the patio. The staff offered blankets for extra warmth and comfort but none were required. They had friendly staff, great food and coffee. My buddies said their alcohol was fantastic. It was a great evening even as a non drinker but I've enjoyed their great selection of beer in years past as well.

Staff was super friendly and efficient. 2 of us loved our food. My hubby thought his was ok and they immediately did everything to try and ensure he loved his food too. Eren, the manager came over and asked about our experience and truly cared. I had the Beet Salad with Chicken Wings and they were both delicious. Fish Tacos were a big hit too. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great vibe. Free parking in the plaza.

Apple butter BBQ sauce was very tasty, chili mayo and crispy onions were a nice touch. I would recommend the brioche bun to be toasted. Andrea P was very attentive and took special care to make sure my friend was not in any cross - contaminations with her allergies. The fireplace in the dining room was a real nice touch to the atmosphere.
F	Family Room on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean restaurant. Lots of beer choices on tap - I recommend the Brown Nut Ale. Mina (bartender / server) was friendly, knowledgeable and offered quick service. The SMOKEHOUSE BURGER was good but not memorable. Overall two thumbs up ?? ??
