I have done rust proof in other locations and was always satisfie, this location isn't good and I suspect that put wrong chemicals. Very strange spots on my parking never seen before like this after rust proof (look the picture). It could damage your car. Not recommended this location
T	Tara Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Jeep detailed at Krown this week, I have not in the 6 1/2 years I’ve had my vehicle had it professionally cleaned, I’ve been doing it myself, with mediocre results. I have dogs, with short spikey fur that weaves into carpets and is generally everywhere, on my clothes, it’s ambient, it’s a nuisance. We go to the beach, there is sand, and damp dogs. I think the dog hair was the reason I was too embarrassed to bring my car to the professionals in the first place! So let’s just say my car was a dirty doggy mess. When I was in for my annual rustproofing, a detail was suggested, I went for it, and man, it was the best money I have ever spent! My vehicle looks brand new. The carpets, not a hair to be seen! They got the 6 year salt crust off the drivers side carpet, the whole job was miraculous, honestly. They even cleaned my engine which I was not expecting. As someone who loathes cleaning and frankly without the tricks and tips in my tool box to do a good job anyway I am ecstatic and will be back for sure!
S	Sari Touba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed with Krown. I have a 2011 Ford which I sprayed there about a month and a half ago. I parked the car and went away for month. I came back and there was rust forming around the sunroof panel.
M	Martin Ursua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience in past, but disappointed with last service. Leather on gearshift knob was roughly scuffed when car was returned. Krown refused to admit that it was responsible for damage, and I cannot prove that it was smooth and undamaged when I dropped it off 90 minutes before. But my hand touches the lever every time I drive, so I know the difference. Be careful.

D	David Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here. They ruined the computer screen on our SUV. Dropped off the car in perfect working order... it was returned with a broken computer screen. $3000 repair. They right out lied and blamed us. Don't trust them with your vehicle.

I watched the guys do the work, and they took the time to get every nook and cranny. Will return again for service next year.
D	Dominik Templeton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It Just doesn't get any better than this - Phenomenal Attention to Detail - I called during the peak period of Undercoating season expecting to book an appointment. "Come over now if you wish" was the answer I received. Within 20 minutes I had arrived! The ramp was ready for me. I gave my keys to the manager who drove my truck right in. Within minutes, my truck was being prepped for the most granular detailed undercoating I have ever seen. The crew of 5 gentlemen swarmed the vehicle even removing my tail lights (see picture). Exhaustive attention to every crack and crevice that is necessary, but not the parts that don't need it. Minimal over spray, but it didn't matter, because they washed my truck by hand after finishing the undercoating. Which should be wrapcoating cause they sprayed everywhere! Could not be more pleased, the manager was training his team all the time. Everyone was having a good time. Anyways, definitely the only place I will go for my twice a year coat going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
