Finally I brought my car here after seeing the reviews and they got to the root of the issue - keeping in constant contact to make sure they were understanding me properly and attacking the root of the issue. The cost was very reasonable considering the time they spent digging into the issue. I will only come here from now on. Thank you for finally getting to the root of the issue and for taking me seriously!

Quoted price is always what I pay. Have to say haven't had anything else besides tires done here but like i said, i see these guys every 6 months and very predictable service which I like

Dropped my vehicle at 9am and all the small repairs (headlights, loose exhaust, repair side mirror and more) and safety were completed by 1:30 pm. There is a great sense of professionalism here and overall just a experience. I dropped the car off the night prior and by 8:30 in the morning, i had received a phone call of work that is necessary to be done and work that doesn't need to be done. The open and honest approach is what i appreciate the most. I am not a car savvy person and to know what work has to be done and the upfront cost was great help. The work was done quickly and pick up was a piece of cake and all additional explanations of the fixes were made to me. I would definitely recommend this garage and i will most definitely go back.

They accommodated me, took my car in and explained everything, they did not try to rip me off like the mechanic down the road from them. Sean and Craig are honest, super nice, super professional, " reminds me of the good old days type of customer service!!! I would recommend Master Mechanics Leaside in a heartbeat!

I spoke to Shawn and told him that there’s air coming out of my rear tire and asked if he could check it out. He was able to squeeze me in Friday morning at 7:30am. I mentioned to them that I had a lunch break from 11:30-1pm and asked if it would be done by then and he made sure of it. Got a call at 9am and told me that my car was ready for pick up whenever I am ready. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, explained to me what happened and showed me what they pulled out of my tire. He mentioned that due to the construction on Eglinton, this type of issue happens often. Shawn saw me and he got the car warmed up, parked and ready for me. Overall, it was a good experience and the price was decent! Highly recommend going to Master Mechanic on leaside. It worked out perfectly for me dropping the car in the morning and very close to my work. Thanks Master Mechanic Team!!
