K	Ken MacKenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a very nice Be Well spa from Marc Gibeau in Duncan plus Bruce at the Parksville showroom also showed us the tub when we dropped by since we were in town for an unrelated matter. Service and communication from both was excellent. We wish to also give a very positive review to the delivery team of Sam, Eric and Paul who delivered our new spa to our home in Ladysmith on March 1 2022. The access to our back yard was quite narrow and challenging in some spots, but they moved the new spa in place very quickly and put it exactly where we wanted it on the pad we designed and built. Sam remained on site to fill the tub, check for leaks, and show us how to operate it and that was greatly appreciated as Sam was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Paul and Eric headed off to make other deliveries and both were smiling as they left so very pleasant people who love their jobs. Thank you guys. We would highly recommend this company for their sales staff as well as the amazing job their delivery guys did.

Ryan from Arctic Spa Duncan helped out setting it up the first day and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy (Hint: Don't let your hose freeze the night before your tub arrives!). Someone get Ryan a case of (above-average) beer!

Received a phone call from the Duncan technician the next morning, before the Duncan store opened to follow up with me. He got things sorted out for me over the phone. Highly recommend!

He is knowledgeable and worked at a great learning pace, setting us up on a cold, dreary winter day to maintain and enjoy the spa into the future. Sam was also teamed with Paul last week to position the tub, a very tricky maneuver to get it into the backyard. They were undaunted and very skilled. Bruce, our salesperson in Parksville, and Richard, who coordinated things to meet our requirements, have also been great.

Then bad luck and our Arctic Spa was delayed in delivery due to the big floods that closed the highways in the interior in Dec 2021. Only by extraordinary efforts by Arctic Spas management did we get our spa before Christmas!! Sam and Paul were great with the delivery, simply lifting the spa into place with a crane. Sam even came back in the snow to get us online, explaining everything. We've had the spa over a month now and haven't had to do a thing but enjoy it whenever we want. The spa boy system seems to make the water very soft and the star gazing has been amazing.

C	Chris Knebel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our friends advised us that they got their spa from Duncan so we drove from Victoria to meet with Marc Gibeau who had helped them. They highly recommended him so we set up an appointment and he was ready for us with all the info we needed. He gave us a tour of all the spas, the advantages and disadvantages of certain products and features. We wound up getting the Summit with the Spa boy feature and other than having to wait for 7 months( due to pandemic delays) it has been a great experience. The crew who delivered and set up the tub were very friendly and knowledgeable and we were enjoying the tub later in the day. Also the staff in Duncan were very helpful when we called to ask questions. The Spa Boy is expensive but worth it as we can control and monitor our tub from our phones wherever we are. We love our new Arctic Spa-( Backyard Baby I call it) and our children and grandkids love it as well. It has been a hit and we sit in it every day at some point to get warm and relax. We would definitely recommend getting an Arctic Spa and call Marc in Duncan as he will help you with all your needs. It was worth the wait. C and W
A	Audrey Audebert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul, Sam and Eric were amazing last Friday when they delivered and installed our Yukon spa in Victoria! They brought great efficiency and a sense of humour to this job, and remained infinitely patient as the installation took much longer than planned (our fault, not theirs). Definitely above and beyond service. Sam's "hot tub 101" crash course was easy to understand for a newbie like me and the hot tub was ready to enjoy that very evening. Our salesperson in Victoria (Dennis), has been a great resource throughout as well and we are still in contact with him to iron out some initial pH leveling questions. Thanks to both Arctic Spas teams in Duncan and Victoria!
