They are reasonable and knowledgeable, just a great place to go and find all your needs. Thanks ! The only hot tub place for me! You guys are awesome!

They are both extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, they made the entire process so easy.
The level of customer service they provide is amazing, and they continue to provide outstanding service to this day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had our Jacuzzi hot tub repaired by Sun Valley. Lorrie and her team did an amazing job of troubleshooting the problem and fixing it. The repair was a bit challenging at first, but Sun Valley did their utmost to resolve things quickly. Am happy to report that our tub is now working like new and we are very happy indeed. Highly recommend Sun Valley. They truly care and provide great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. We stopped in to the Duncan location yesterday and spoke with Laurie after we had been speaking with Ted from the Nanaimo location by email. We've had a great experience and ordered a J-335 model that will be arriving shortly. We appreciate all of the time Laurie took to explain the various models to us. We also liked that their pricing included everything we needed to get going. It is reassuring knowing that we aren't going to be dealing with add-on after add-on. We know that owning a hot tub comes with a commitment from us to keep up on the care and maintenance. We left confident that we have access to a good crew at Sun Valley that can help us get our feet wet. We recommend them highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Sun Valley Spas! We decided this was the year we were going to take the plunge into hot tub ownership. We did as much research as possible and shopped around at the different retailers in the area. Lorrie at Sun Valley was by far the best to deal with. She was so knowledgeable about the tubs they had available and the hot tub industry. There was no pressure to make the sale and she helped us through each step including the financing. We also really liked the 'all in pricing' so there were no added surprise costs for delivery, chemicals, cover, steps and cover lifter. The price on the tag is the price you pay to get started!
We had the hot tub delivered today and the amazing customer service continued with the guys who dropped it off and set it all up for us. They took the time to walk us through all of the features, set-up the initial chemicals, and went through all of the maintenance. They even registered our warranty for us!
I had heard great things about Sun Valley before we purchased from them and they lived up to all the expectations!
