★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am dealing with a patio with no drain ...the owner put a poorly done concrete patch over it ..I moved in and couldn't figure out why.
There was nowhere for it to go it must be a non working drain ...when I looked at the condo it was intact.
The developer is difficult to deal with and has not dealt with this issue.
I am also unhappy with the neighbor above me as he's very noisy and this has never been dealt with.
My strata Council have not supported me in anyway it's very disheartening as I love my location and the inside of my place.
Parking is also an issue for visitors as there is only one parking spot allocated to you, so you need to be a one vehicle family/couple ....
