★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this evening at 6pm. Shop was extremely tidy and stocked. Staff were helpful with finding what I wanted to purchase. Overall, I will be returning to make more purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous after-sales service. A jacket bought two years ago. The zipper is already broken. They repair it for free (fortunately) but they impose a 3-week deadline (I'm from Montreal, it has to go to Vancouver just that... a little 10,000 km for a repair (ecological transition, all that.. .) Very poor quality. I'm never buying Arcteryx again, that's for sure. Plus, my review on the Arcteryx site and MEC is censored by the moderators! A real dictatorship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the front of the store wasn’t very helpful. I asked him where to get a wool hat, he pointed to the accessories display. No wool hats. Then I went back to ask him, he said whatever is on the rack is what they have. Must be hard to get good help these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy detergent for my goretex jacket. They didn't have any but the staff there told me my 9 year old jacket looked like it had warrantyable damage on it. Less than 30 minutes later I walked out with a new jacket that I paid only 35 dollars for to make up the difference in the refund i got from the warranty. Great staff, great brand, great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers Beware: they will have a rack behind the cashier that says up to 30% off. I picked up ladies ATOM LT insulated jacket for $240 which was marked down from $300. Got home and realized the $240 was the regular price. They mark up the price then reduce it back down to the MSRP to make customers believe they are getting merchandise at a discounted price. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe holiday season, they did not have size or color that we wanted. as HQ store you expect they have at least items that they have in stock online!
They were short in staff, (post xms time), the staff were not patient enough and maybe overwhelmed with customers!.
However I give 4 star as my last experience there (3 years ago) was satisfactory.

Despite not being in stock at their location he found me the jacket I was looking for and had the other store put it on hold. Super stoked. Thanks again Jack!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding products and service that’s second to none. I recently ordered a few items and was completely delighted with what I received. The latest version of the Beta AR is a real improvement. It feels lighter and not as stiff as my old jacket. Really love the backpack and the Gortex pants as well. If you’re heading to the store on Burrard and Robson in Vancouver, why not ask for Evan. He will direct you to the right/best product for your application. All with a smile and the professionalism you’d expect from the leading outdoor apparel brand. Great service, great product and a warranty that backs it all up.
