★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to ask a question if I could return a pair of shoes that had the left shoe on display and was slightly dirtier than the right. In some lights it was noticeable but I couldn't tell at the store. I called several times but never got a chance to talk to any of them because they never answer their phones. I talked to a man that works at the Brentwood mall champs sports and he said if I wasn't satisfied I should return it. They answered their phones quick. Unlike the Granville one where they don't even feel the need of answering their phones. 1 star review. Unhappy with this experience and how different the same store brand can be in different locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappoint. I bought a shoes Aug. 6 2019, shoes isn't match the boxes and also has some defect , unable to send it to my friend as a gift . Trying to return and the manager name Brandon is very rude , accusing me I was worn the shoes and trying to rip them off . That’s very disgusting though. Never to buy it from this store as long as the manager is gone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not this store directly, but the customer service through there main office is horrible. Purchased shoes in March in which I did not like the fit, returned via canada post with tracking number and received at their return center on April 6th. Had to call 3 times, each time waiting on hold for 1+ hour before getting through. It is now June 8th and I still have not received a refund even after last month when they said it would be 5 - 8 business days. Ridiculous customer service with refunds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were super helpful. I had bought a pair of shoes (NIKE AIR VAPOURMAX PLUS) AND THE I POPPED ONE OF THE AIR POCKETS WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF WEARING THEM, BROUGHT THEM BACK TO THE STORE THE NEXT DAY AMD THEY EXCHANGED THEM NO PROBLEM. DEFINETLY DESERVE 5 STARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on xmas eve only about 3 customers in store but was in a line up for about 20 mins . all staff walking around on floor 1 on the checkout . thats not great business sense only i needed the item i would have walked out . i returned a few months later and again same experience floor staff everywhere but only 1 on checkout . i have worked in retail for years so im shocked that especially xmas eve there wasnt more checkout staff . news flash people dont like standing in line . they want to get in get out . i suggest adding at least 2 of the 4/5 staff on checkout makes sense right ?
