Who doesn't love the Apple Store? Love going in to browse even though I'm an Android user. On this occasion had to grab an accessory for someone. While there I browsed at the iPads as I'm considering getting one again. I had one years ago. Lots of helpful staff to assist and answer questions.

Worst customer service ever . The customer service skills are non existent , basically if your not spending $$ and have an issue they are not interested at all. Lots of customer service staff and not a single ounce of empathy or respect for a business customer who needed instant support for business to function. This store does not I repeat does not replicate the values of Apple and their brand. I fear the worst for Apple if this is the way they treat customers. Next hardware for our business is Android for sure we cannot run a business knowing that the support from Apple is this bad now, Steve Jobs would turn in his grave.

I am left feeling so very disappointed. I had an issue with my iPad Air and was looking to exchange it as it was not performing the functions I had specifically asked for at point of purchase… I had a manager tell me that there was nothing he could/would do. Point is: we pay more for apple products for the technical support and customer service in addition to its user friendly interface. I am incredibly disappointed in 2 out of 3! Metrotown manager was especially indignant.

Busy and crowded. The wait line/queue is usually quite long. We waited for a few minutes and gave up and walked off. Ordering for pick-up seems to be the quicker option. Prices are the usual apple prices. Store employees are very helpful.

I went there to get my replacement today. When I reached the genius bar, suddenly, a rude lady with black eyeglasses, long hair, Apple employee, with bad attitude and personality, in sharp way without saying PLEASE, asked me to go back. I was really shocked. Who is this untrained individual working there????? She must work in hell. Not in Canada. Apple, it's time to train your employees better and in excellent level. I hope not to see such this incident again when I go there. IT’S TIME TO HIRE NICE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF HECTIC AND EGOISTIC INDIVIDUALS.

Seems like an ok place but a few of the workers I’ve encountered have not been very nice. I’ve had a couple good and helpful experiences here but the most recent one was not the greatest. I was trying to see what my options were for either reselling or trading in my old phone. So, one of the workers was helping me. He was definitely somewhat helpful, but my partner and I couldn’t help but notice some things he said were sort of condescending for no reason. For example, I had asked him why my trade-in value was so low even though my phone was in perfect physical condition. He told me it’s because my phones capacity was very low. I asked him if I could simply delete and remove some data from my iPhone to raise my phones capacity. He reacted to my suggestion by chuckling, as if it was absurd for me to think that was an option. He then informed me this idea was not possible. He was actually chuckling, while saying β€œthat’s not how it works”. Like, as if it’s the most obvious thing in the world and I should clearly already know this information. Now, I wouldn’t say he was being rude at all. This person wasn’t mean to us. But he definitely seemed less interested in helping me find the best option and more interested in persuading me to trade the phone for the ridiculously bad value I was offered. Needless to say I didn’t end up going the trade in route.

I’ve visited the Genius Bar countless of times and every time I go, they never found issues with my phone even when I brought in video proof of the issues and then send me home just for me to come again another time. However, today was different. The specialist who helped me, Brian, was awesome! He helped me with resetting my phone, and did another test to check if it was okay instead of sending me home after the reset. He was able to see that there was still a problem and proceeded with replacing my screen and I’m very happy with his service.

If I didn’t plan on buying something before I came, with the grumpy service I got at the iPad station I wouldn’t have bought anything. Not sure what happened to him before we got there, but I really will not come back if I have to be serviced by him again. The one who was greeting us at the door though was very nice. Leave your issues at home when you work in customer service please, customers could be going through something as well.
