I was able to get the add on equipment with ease. I had never driven one before hand and when I arrived from Vernon the first thing Melissa did was take me on a good half hour test drive on varying road types to get a feel for the handling. Then she spent a tremendous amount of time with me going over all the buttons. She had my phone synced in a few seconds and had my favorite sirius radio channel working in a heart beat. Basically had me set up to go on my 8 hour drive home. I have never in my life felt so spoiled and been treated like I was the only person alive. I was just astounded at the over the top treatment. Everything was done with so much fun and energy I couldn't believe it. She even sent me an energetic 15 - 20 minute video a week before when my truck arrived. It was so refreshing. And her follow up has been awesome as well. The rock sliders I ordered were substantially backordered so they actually shipped them to me and I was able to get them installed last night. I was surprised what they looked like as I hadn't seen any pictures of them but I sure love them. My truck sure looks good.

All my oil changes, and purchasing new sets of winter/summer tires, they work with me on getting the heat deal. The reason that I continue to go back to Alpine Toyota, os the exceptional service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Simple straightforward buying experience with no gimmicks or high pressure add on stuff. Didn't have to pay over MRSP like I know some other dealerships are doing with these trucks. I will seek out Derek at Alpine Toyota again for future vehicle purchases. Looking forward to the new location!

Not only did they manage to get me a Tesla, but they gave me more for my trade than other dealers offered. The payments are exactly where I said I needed to be to fit my budget, and the interest was lower than my last car. Service was great throughout, of course. Highly recommend!

But 5 stars is the limit. to make my experience even better, The sales Melissa and the Finance manager Brad is really friendly. I've never been in a dealrship full of friendly people before.
