We were on the program with Canadian natural pet food . Buy 10 bags get one free. They refused to honor the program. W were buying the best Canadian natural pet food and they only offered a discounted price. Just one of many rip off's at Top Crop. We're finished with them

After months of hearing about supply and demand issues at Top Crop, with spring around the corner, farmers are stocking up on essentials are publicly shamed for buying products. I'm not sure why Top Crop would be surprised that a livestock product would be sold out. Isn't that what they do? Provide livestock products to people who need them?If they think that they're the only place to get invermectin they should maybe join the real world. Is Shannon implying that people are ingesting livestock invermectin. So, if I go in to purchase soil and seeds this spring will I be publicly shamed for "over preparing"? I'll be ordering seeds online and sourcing soil else where. I don't appreciate being publicly shamed for using or purchasing their products.

Poor customer service today . went in looking for xmas gifts and not really sure what we were looking for was informed that i had to wear a mask or curb side pick up as i told her that i was exempt from wearing one and she told me mask or leave. I wished he a merry christmas and a happy new year and left and got nothing in return she was very rude and very judgemental. Will NOT ever be shopping there and have been a long time customer from back when they were at were peak performance is now

If I could rate this business minus 5 I would, which is unfortunate since up until now I would have rated Top Crop as a 3 to 5 star business. For the first time I had a problem with a purchase and was extremely disappointed by the owners unprofessional rejection of my claim. I purchased a 100 foot by 4 foot roll of landscape fabric which was marked as having been UV protected. After installation I had to wait three weeks before I had mulch to cover the area but the fabric disintegrated (literally turned to dust) within this less than three week period. When I drew this to the attention of Top Crop I was informed that the owner would not replace the product, indicating that it needed to be covered with mulch immediately upon installation. The product does't say this and other landscape fabric I have used is still solid after years without cover. I understand that UV will shorten the product's life but given it was marked UV protected and had an over 15 year life it is clear that this product was defective ... it hardly lasted 15 days never mind 15 years. I have shopped at Top Crop Cranbrook for over ten years and spent almost $4500 this year alone. The response from the owner to my concern was not only disappointing and insulting it was also a confirmation of the mean spiritness of this business. The product was either extremely inferior or it was flawed ... I'd like to think it was the latter since I always felt that Top Crop provided good quality product. If it was the later, I would think that a wise business would want to ensure that they didn't sell more of it and would rectify the situation with their supplier. Given that this purchase represented less that 1% of my spend at Top Crop this year I'd suggest that treating a customer this way is very short sighted ... since Top Crop has a local monopoly in some areas I will be forced to continue to buy from them but I can assure you when I have other options (and there are other options in much of their product line) I will go there. So ultimately Top Crop will loose a lot more custom than the $40 this item cost not to mention the negative publicity any time someone asks me about this business. .

Ordered a pair of boots and did not get notified til a month later after I called twice that there was β€œan accounting issue” and that my boots weren’t even ordered or being shipped. Also, just genuinely rude people working there. A man asked me where my mask was (it was on my chin) before I even entered the store.

I spent around 380$ on some seeds and clothing when I was approached by a man who said β€œI know what you’re doing” and accused me of shoplifting. I am a 43 year old women who has never shoplifted in my life! In fact I had just corrected the girl at till to make sure I had both of the misting bottles on my bill. I will never shop here again. Very aggressive and uncalled for. Apparently shopping and looking around was very odd behaviour. Funny I thought it was a store and we were actually looking for a present for my mothers birthday. Really unbelievable. UPDATE: returned all items and wrote a letter to management about hostile white man caucasian behaviour. It's 2022 get your sh*t together.

I'D SHOP ELSE WHERE IF I WAS YOU!!! I'd give them a zero but unfortunately that's not an option. I've been shopping at Top Crop for years. But today I learned what kind of people they really are. I've personally witnessed then chastising people for not wearing a mask and also been a victim to this type of abuse. The way they approach and talk is down right abusive. Well today they put up a video on their Facebook page of their workers loading trays with soil well guess what they don't have masks on. So I asked where there masks were and once again was met with hostility. It's time for you guys to take some training on Customer service and how you should treat people. You are not aloud to ask a person about their medical history. That means why or why not they have a mask on is none of your business. I suggest for future that if you want the public to follow suit then maybe your workers should too. WHATS GOOD FOR THE GOOSE SHOULD BE GOOD FOR THE GANDER.
