I had a bit of trouble with finding the right paddle that fitted what I was looking for and he was more than accommodating to make shore it was the one that worked for me. Also sold my other half a fish finder for my b-day and is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend just liquid.
J	Jason Popowich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful, arrogant staff. Would rather drive to Calgary than deal with this shop. Called the shop looking to rent 3 sets of dive gear. Confirmed sizes and gear were all in stock. Mentioned that I would be driving over an hour to get there to pick up all the gear. I show up to the shop, and there's 5 employees behind the counter busy chatting it up (so COVID protocols seem to be pretty lax), and when I finally break one of them away from their conversation, they mention the following: 1. they have not set aside the gear ahead of time 2. they cannot rent me three sets of gear because I didn't bring the other two divers with me (something they could have easily mentioned on the phone the previous day) 3. they refused to help look for another solution like sending a scanned image to the other divers and signing remotely - the only offered solution was to drive an hour back to pick the other folks up, then a further hour back to Cranbrook. TLDR: Not a shop that will ever get my business. You're better off going to Calgary and dealing with helpful people, better selection, better prices with no attitude, or ordering gear online.

We just want to say how fantastic Rob and his staff were at educating us and answering all our questions! Needless to say we are going home with two new kayaks!!!!! Thanks for all your help!

I had a rush order and Rob went out of his way to ship it to me in southern Alberta asap. I got everything that I ordered and it was so seem less and easy! I recommend dealing with these guys for all your paddling need! Thanks Rob you guys rock!

Paid for the extra $177.52 shipping cost that was quoted as well Later that day we received a notice they were going to refuse the order. Sent an automated message stating it was either 1. was our error or 2. The item was out of stock We called and found out when they were preparing the order the shipping cost would be more so they canceled the order They refused to make good on their quote and did not fulfill the order. when I told them it was false advertising and they should complete the order as it was presented…..it’s not the clients fault they accepted an order/deal and took payment….I was already paying $177 in shipping. They should inherit the extra cost if any for the difference for shipping the item. they simply told me the payment would be credited and too bad Brutal service. Reneging on a purchase. No solution to the problem they created Basically told me too bad….. I did make them aware I would be writing a review and the they didn’t care When you are in business and you accept payment on a deal (paid full price for the kayak and $177 that they quoted). They should of come good on that transaction Telling a client too bad is horrible service Pandemic has created a demand for their product…..guess times are too good to provide service and make good on your clients orders So not impressed with this company
