LeathRep- located inside play out again sports store- went in to fix a jacket zipper - in and out in a minute. Excellent service by the gentlemen. Jacket repair fast and cost efficient! Would recommend and will visit again!

Great place to go for hockey and other new and used sports equipment and apparel. There are some really good deals to be had when they have their sales. The one downside is, if you are a full right hockey goalie their selection of catching gloves, blockers and sticks is rather limited.

Update this is the North Store on McPhillips BUYER BEWARE. Over the years I've spent 20 k plus at both locations. Today I went to McPhillips looking for a set of 25 lb rubber coated dumbbells for a family member. Purchased 30 lb as that is all they had. Put them in the vehicle and headed to deliver on my way to deliver the family member called said they were to heavy so I needed to return. Approximately 2 hours after purchasing I went to return I was told that weights are non-refundable. I explained the amount of business I bring to the establishment, it did not matter. The young person who originally helped me was the owner's son he said he would call his father and was very helpful however at the end of the day they would only provide an in-store credit for something I purchased 2 hours previously and never used did not leave my vehicle. I will also point out during the discussion a young lady behind the counter who was the owner's daughter laughed at me when asked why she was laughing told me I was being hostile to the individual I originally encountered when entered , I apologize to said individual if in anyway I seemed hostile I was disappointed more than anything He said he did not find me hostile at all. The unfortunate thing about Play it again sports is they don't realize who they're selling to or how much that person is worth to their in the course of their lifetime. I could understand if I was buying jockstraps or something of that nature and took them out of the package and used them this was a weight that never left my vehicle after purchase. It's unfortunate how retail small business owners today will put policies in place that actually turn away lifetime customers. For $ 167.00 they lost a lifetime client..Great business model. This is the last time I will go there. As my daughter calls it “ don’t come back again sports “. No one greets you when you walk in, all the employees all hang behind the desk socializing. Today there were 4 of them behind the desk. Not one left the area the entire time we were there. Last time I was there I asked for help and it was like I was bothering them and it was like pulling teeth. One would answer vaguely while the others all stood at you and stared. Very uncomfortable.

Exceptional customer service from the one who assisted us in looking for the perfect fit for my son's hockey helmet. My son's head shape was a bit bigger for his age and it was challenging to find the helmet for him. The guy who assisted us made my son tried different helmets and even adjusted some of it to find the right one. Thank you so much!

My husband and I went in to look for skates. There was no help for us. A family came in after looking on our own for 15 minutes and suddenly there were 3 staff helping them. The person behind the counter saw us and completely ignored us. My husband had to climb the ladder at the back to reach skates to try. When another person came to the area we were he immediately helped him and went up the ladder for him. A person from the front snuck his head around the corner and quickly turned the other way and left without approaching us for help. When we arrived there was only one other customer in the store. There were many staff on the floor and behind the counters. My husband and I both need skates...apparently not from this business ?

Very nice and helpful staff. It was our first time to buy an ice skate and they helped us to buy exactly our child needed. They have very professional equipment you need in stock. With a low cost. Really worth it to check before your purchase.

have had the pleasure of getting a few pairs of skates as I got back to hockey. The staff here is always helpful. They are knowledgeable, happy to help, patient and above all else good people. Recently had an issue with the latest skates I bought. The team was able to figure out the issue and the solution will be I'm happy. In the end I will keep returning as the staff and management make me feel like I am a valued customer.
