This saved us a huge amount of money. They put their customers first, keeping close in mind safety and budget. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were passing through Cranbrook on a vacation road trip when we noticed a problem with our truck. Of course this was on a Friday evening as well. We were envisioning needing to cancel some of our future hotel bookings and trying to find longer accomodations in Cranbrook as we didn't think we'd have the truck repaired until Monday. The great group at Cranbrook Kal Tire got our truck in on the Saturday and repaired the damaged U joint well before the end of the day. On top of the fast service the cost for the repair was significantly less than I had expected. Great job and they deserve your consideration if you need vehicle work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best, we were on our way from Kelowna to Waterton and they got our car in and fixed a faulty valve stem within an hour. I cant say more about these guys there, not a single scratch on my wheels! I wished I lived here I would be using them for all my tire services, its hard to find a good tire shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car there a few years ago (2015, this is a long time to wait to write a review, I know) to go get winter tires put on and they decided it needed a test drive. On this drive, the employee rear ended someone and wrote the car off. Kal Tire basically said "too bad" and did nothing beyond giving me winter tires. I'm still paying off this car.

They looked after everything to a T.
I highly recommend them and Mike the manager is a great guy.
All the staff are super friendly.
Have used them all over B.C.
