My boyfriend and I just moved from ontario ( drove here ) and our poor car was struggling . Not only did they help us out with our car they also were so kind to offer us a ride to where we need to go, while we wait for our car to get repaired. Definition of amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent situation when the engine and emission lights were coming up on my dash. I was leaving to drive to Calgary that morning. I drive a Volkswagen and the dealership in town was rude and told me I would have to leave my vehicle there for 4 weeks until they could check it and told me to rent a car?? I was referred by Mike at Denham Ford my friend had called him and he sent me over to Cranbrook Auto Repair, Mike even called Ryan and told him I would be going there. Ryan did the diagnostic as soon as I pulled in and did the scan he then ordered the parts right away and got me back on the road within 2 hours. He was professional and very fair sand the price was much less than I had expected and he didn't even charge me for a full hour of labor.
I would recommend this repair facility to anyone and everyone looking for a professional, fair and honest repair shop. I would strongly recommend that all Volkswagen owners go to this shop instead of the dealership in town which is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Thanks Ryan I will be referring you to everyone I know in town! You have a new client in me, thanks again for the great experience.

This is the only shop I trust to work on my cars. They're honest, reliable and have the expertise for my European cars. This is the place to go no questions asked. Thanks guys!
