★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D&H auto service is the only shop I will go to. Josh always has the best prices and incredible service. His shop is the most reliable and honest shop in Cranbrook, always finds time slot that works for both parties. I've never seen an unhappy customer and the place is always busy.

They were able to diagnose a problem we've been having for months, unfortunately they didn't have the part, but they managed to temporarily fix the problem, and on top of that they didn't even charge us! Truly great people work there, definitely recommend it.

You will get a straight forward answer and not just one way of fixing your problem but several options if they are viable. With Josh and his staff you are treated as if you are a family friend , with respect and courteous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D&H was absolutely top rate. We were stranded on our trip with an alternator problem. They prioritized looking at the problem when we first came in and also after our rebuilt alternator arrived. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fair. If you are from out of town and having mechanical issues, if you are lucky enough to be near Cranbrook you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bent rim driving through Cranbrook on Sat evening. No one was available till Monday to fix our tire. A random guy in the parking lot overheard us talking and recommended D&H. Josh had us fixed and on our way that evening. I simply could not say enough great things. He was knowledgeable, professional and, if I lived here, he would be my go-to guy.

I've taken all kinds of weird problems to Josh and I have always been super happy with the work he does.
