*AVOID THIS PLACE!!! * There a reason for the negative reviews! What has been said by many others happened to me. Told they could get my truck in a fixed before the end of day. No communication as I was rudely ignored in the office waiting. Told at 4:30 they are just getting it back together and won't be long then at 530 just told they have to close and to figure out somewhere to spend the night. Wasn't shown a place to go to just left at front door without truck. Next day got way over charged for what needed to get done and they didn't listen to what was asked for reliable parts on my vehicle. Just did it their way and told its safe as he did it like that for 40years. Im a licence heavy duty mechanic and dissatisfied and disagree with threads not passing the nut on a home made u bolt. Tensile strength nor locktivity of the nut is safe for the road. *AVOID THIS PLACE*

Recommended. Mechanical staff communicated with me once quite was estimated and advised me at regular intervals how the repairs were coming along. Also they do repairs to powerstrokes which is always a bonus. They also advised of some issues that will need to be attended to in the near future. Would I come back? Indeed.

Very thankful they took in my companies work truck when no other repair shop in Cranbrook would even try to help. The repair was done right! Priced of job well under what Ford quote at $2000 to $3000 :( Thank you so much for your help to keep my business going!

Honestly I didn't even end up getting my trucked worked on here simply because on the bad reviews, also I took a look inside the shop and my first impressions weren't great. A clean work space is a professional one. Maybe they are a good place to take my stuff but the impression I got made me have little confidence I would be making a good decision. I'm blue collar and had mechanics in my family, they're shops were always organized, maintained, and presentable. I apologize if I'm wrong but I'm just being honest.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am going out of my way to not use this location anytime in the future. I would rather be completely inconvenienced than deal with the man at the front desk raising his arms and voice at me again.

We use this gentleman back in October 2021 and he was the cheapest but he also required that we give him a tip because he came in on a Saturday. He was very rude with us he was very short with us and he seemed to not have any people skills whatsoever. I called him today March 2020 to ask him if he could give a copy of our receipt and he said well I'm going to do it but I won't do it for free you're going to have to pay me. This guy will not do anything for anyone else unless there's money involved he is a real Scrooge McDuck if you don't have to use him don't use him

I was worried about picking up our Uhaul rental here because of the bad ratings. Unfortunately Uhaul had to switch us here last minute because the other location in town didn't have a truck available. Sure enough the service was as poor as it gets. Rude, missing equipment, dirty truck and no online pickup! Also the air in the tires where way off. Front right had 80 psi, as it should, front left had only 65 psi. In the rear all tires were low with the worst one at 55 psi! I will avoid this place in the future at all cost.

We picked up a U-Haul rental here. We had checked in via the app and the website told us to go inside to pick up the key. However, the guy working there didn't care. He actually said "I don't care". He insisted on doing the check-in again and changed our drop off location. He is not familiar with U-Haul's system of online check-in and gives customers attitude if they try to use it. He kept us for another 20 minutes inside while he did the paperwork again. U-Haul promises sanitizing, however, when we arrived the guy was in the truck. He got out and greeted us, clearly without sanitizing. The truck was filthy inside and out, and our 2 dozen blankets that we reserved weren't there. To top it all off, when he did the paperwork for the second time for us, he put in the wrong drop off location. I had to come home and spend half an hour talking to U-Haul getting a refund for the blankets and changing my drop off location to the correct one. If you want attitude and someone who doesn't know how U-Haul works, this is the place!
