Had my tire changed two weeks ago(April 23, 2022), and a part in the trunk near the spare tire fell off and was broken(I found the pieces under the spare tire and 100% sure it wasnโt broken when my friend and I took the spare tire out the night before). Showed it to the sales and he said โit doesnโt serve any purpose, what you want me to do?โ I told him to just order the same part and put it back. He then had another person called me and said he reviewed the camera footage and he can see it very clearly that they didnโt break it. I asked โcan you see every detail inside the trunk on the garage camera?โ He just didnโt answer. I asked to watch the footage, but he refused to do so and said he would show the footage to the store owner and would give me a call back next Wednesday(a four day wait) since the owner wasnโt there.
And now itโs been two weeks and still no one calls back. Unbelievable.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience with this location. They allowed me to drop off my car few days early as I was having battery trouble and didnโt want to have to jump my car yet again. Then they ended up getting to my service early! I was very impressed and thankful.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited this location for the first time today for a tire repair. Booked my appointment online and was told it would take 45 minutes. It took 1.5 hours. Staff were friendly and the price was fair. But overall I cannot give a good review for how long it took.
Edit May 18/22 - I have not been contacted by the owner/manager for a follow-up as of this date. Rating lowered.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been using this location for all of my tire and automotive maintenance needs. These guys are professional, detail oriented, friendly, and fairly priced. On top of all this the interior of waiting area is nicely appointed with a squeaky clean washroom. What more could you ask for?
I would not hesitate to recommend Fountain Tire on Pembina.
