The hotel installations are amazing and they really love cats and take care of them. They have a camera that you can check on your kitten at any time so you do not get worried. Everything was so clean, they have tons of patience and know how to handle difficult cats like mine. I definitely will use their services again!

The web cam app was so awesome! I could see workers talking to my cat, petting him and pointing to things out the window! They were great! I would leave my cat in their care again.

Which is also when you get to see there staff vacuuming there suite. Prior to bringing our cats her we where allowed to have a look first. Nice country drive, then you pull up to a gated driveway that leads up to a very new house with speed limits posted. You drive around the back of the house to the Alley cat hotel which is just as new as the main house. Upon entering the hotel it is immaculate from top to bottom. Smelling super clean thru out both floors. No fur balls anywhere, which is impressive as we have our three. At any rate you’ve come to the right place. Thanks for taking care of our kids Alley Cat Hotel!!!! GB

The rooms are clean and bright and we loved that we could watch our cat through a video app to see he was settled. Emily took great care of our cat while he stayed and would answer any questions or concerns with a positive and caring response. Thank you Alley Cats Hotel!

When I picked them up they were super happy and I could tell they took really good care of them. Will definitely leave them there again in the future. It's a family owned business and you can tell they really love what they do and take care of your cats like they are their own. Highly recommend :)

We were very anxious as we had never been apart from him since we got him as a kitten. The staff was fabulous…so caring and understanding. They even let my granddaughters in to visit him. It was a real plus having a camera in the room so we could check in on him. Gus will be back! Thank so much!

I was quite anxious about leaving my babies since they had never been apart from myself and my partner more than a couple hours. It was definitely a relief to have the camera in the room so we could make sure the boys were eating, using the litter box, etc. The staff were also very nice when I phoned to check on them and didn't seem annoyed at all witgh my check-ins! It's never fun to leave a loved one behind, but Alley Cats really did everything they could to make the experience comfortable for us and the cats, and we've already booked to use them again!

Every day (multiple times a day) I would check the in room webcam to see my little guy playing, napping, eating or the door would be open for his free time! The first few days I was a nervous parent so I emailed them asking for an update and they replied quickly with a report on my little guy and attached some photos! When I picked my kitten up she was so sweet in giving me a report on how his stay went and telling me how much they would miss him and couldn't wait to see him back. Unfortunately there was a delay in me coming home which resulted in me being out of country and extra night. They didn't hesitate to reassure me they could keep my kitten and not to worry. I can say with confidence this is definitely where I will be sending my cat for all future vacations! It was so nice knowing my kitten was in a safe, clean and loving environment.
