A	Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've used this facility for the first time for our 2 kittens and we were very happy with it. Tiana was extremely friendly and accommodating. The place has several nice, bright and clean rooms with windows and "cat tree" in each. If you like, Tiana will send you daily updates and photos of your kitties. We will very likely used this cat hotel again and would recommend it to others.

The owner was affectionate to the cats and happy to send us pictures while we were away. The facility is clean, spacious, and well organized, and all the cats appeared clean, happy, and healthy. I definitely recommend Willow Hill Cat Hotel!

Our fur babies are always well cared for, loved and given attention while we are away. Tiana loves them like family and it truly shows.

The hotel owner reserved a room with a big low window and set up a large bed beside the window for my arthritic cat to easily access, when I came to pick up I could see my cat lounging in the sunny window clearly feeling at home! It means a lot that the hotel ensured my arthritic cat would be very comfortable.

I came across Willow Hill Cat Hotel who did have space for my cats for the time I needed. I was having this weekend to go out of town for 3 days, so I decided that I would put my kittens into boarding here to see how things were and went. When I first phoned Tiana, I had to leave a message. She returned my call promptly and answered all my questions in a professional manner. She gave me a feeling of confidence by her demeanour and just the way she talked about her business and her love of animals came across whenever I spoke to her. She takes pride in the Willow Hill Cat Hotel. That is apparent in the cleanliness and set up of the facility. She responded quickly to text I sent while away and even sent photos of my kittens when I requested one. When I picked my kittens up, it was obvious that they had not been traumatized by their first boarding experience. They were relaxed and chill. Tiana obviously gave them lots of cuddles and love. I have no hesitation taking them back again in a few weeks. I know that they will be looked after and loved. Thank you Tiana, from myself, Mikey and Rafa. See you soon.

The lady is a very caring animal lover so I never doubted the care my kitties would receive. Everything is clean, doesn’t smell bad, reasonable rates, definitely checked all my boxes.
