★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susan left a window open while my cat was out of his room (after me telling her before I left that he would bolt if given a chance) and of course he did. He went out the window and over an uncovered fenced area. She was apologetic but did nothing to help me find him. I got a safe trap from SPCA and caught him after 2 and half days of anguish and trauma to myself and my cat. My cat received a large scratch across his nose and is still afraid to go outside. I would not recommend this kennel for any boarding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this boarding place recommended to us about 5 years ago and have never used another place since. I leave my 2 cats knowing they are in a very caring environment. My oldest cat is very nervous when leaving home so we were reluctant to leave him anywhere but after his first stay here we knew he was well taken care of & in very good hands, by how relaxed he was when we picked him up. When left with family in the past he would refuse to eat but Cats R Us makes sure they monitor his food intake & if he doesn't eat they make sure he does by feeding him food he can't resist. It is very reassuring to know there is a place like this for my cats. Thank you Susan for the great care you give our cats!! I recommend you to everyone I that asks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I boarded my cat here for two weeks and had a great experience! The owner is super sweet and friendly, obviously has a passion and love of felines, and took great care of my boy. The building was clean and the kennels were spacious. Definitely would use this service again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Susan and this home away from home for our Patches who is almost 20 years old. We've been bringing Patches for 17 years, and even left her here for a month when we were away, and Patches always looks healthy and happy. Patches is a calico with a complicated personality, ie super pretty, very sweet, but unpredictably grumpy and will take a swipe when she is not treated exactly the way she likes. I was worried the first time we brought her that Susan might have trouble with her, but no, it has been a great relationship and when we came to pick her up Susan even had Patches on her shoulder! I always feel like Patches will have a fun time and I never worry about her well being. We highly recommend:)

She stayed for a month, where she was so well taken care of, can’t say enough. She had been losing weight, and had a skin condition which matted her fur. Lady Moriah can home looking beautiful, groomed, and gaining weight. Thank you Susan❣️
