A	Amber Monteiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a betta from here and I was really impressed with how clean the entire store was, not just the fish tanks. All the animals looked to be in great condition! The staff was helpful in telling me what fish I can put in my 5 gallon tank.

Also food and also supplements to add to the tank. The store is very busy between 5pm and 6pm the last hour before they close I would recommend coming earlier if you can.

No issues. 2 of their staff are very knowledgeable about aquariums and fish, especially the woman( can't remember her name). However, when i go there, most of the time i don't feel welcomed there. They don't greet their customers. Kinda feel like the staff are not happy with their job. Except for one of the women. She is very nice. Overall, besides staff's attitude, i recommend this store. If you want healthy fish then go there

The fish are well stocked and CLEAN. You can tell these guys are up to date on water changes, the tanks are pristine. They have a good selection of aquatic plants, and they have them organized by difficulty and light needs, which is great. Their fish selection is great. Their bettas aren’t in bowls, they’re in a beautiful display with proper filtration. They have a fish guarantee, if your fish doesn’t make it they will replace it (ask for details) which takes some of the stress off of buying. They have everything you need to get a fish tank up and running, an entire wall of different types of filters. This is a full pet store, but their aquatic centre is why you should definitely stop in.

I have gotten all my fish, tanks, food and even small animals from here and they take such good of the animals that they last years for me. Everyone at the store is really helpful and nice. Just got my fishes from them today and happy with the purchase and assistance!

I truly believe all workers should wear a vest or a more visible badge, I got really bad anxiety so it's hard to ask if they do work there. Apart from that its a tad expensive, nothing out of the ordinary tho. They sell lots of spiders, reptiles, and fish. A few hamsters and guinea pigs. I got food for my shrimp here and for my dad they worked really well but my new shrimp did not seem to understand it (stick food). They have a great variety of things! While their shrimp are expensive, those are some great looking shrimp. Never bought but their set-ups are much better than pet smart or any main stream pet shop. If you are looking to really get into the hobby, this is it. I really liked how clean everything was. This is something many pet stores lack in. While I understand how messy things like hamster toys can get or so, they keep it under control! Everything very clearly marked, notices of what works for fish and what works for reptile (and what is not good for one or the other). I would say this store is much better for aquatic pets and reptiles than any furry animals. As usual, research deeply before buying!

The first time we ever had her babysat there we didn't really give any requests or specific instructions, we didn't know what to expect. She was a little stressed when we picked her up. The last two times though, we gave lots of specific instructions which they were happy to oblige and Sunny was so happy and comfortable and calm when we picked her up those next two! The customer service is always so friendly. The store has a lot of variety and tons of options for everything for your pets. And pretty good prices. Love this place. This is also where we bought sunny from. She was a happy baby when we got her. They were happy to let us put her on hold for a weekend while we decided if she was the one that we were picking, she was a surprise for our daughter and we wanted to be totally sure about which one we got and from where. No regrets! Thanks to everyone at Rogers ?
