The staff was super friendly and provided excellence resources and advice on behaviours that they noticed our dog was showing while there. He was showing signs of resource guarding and he is intact so they had him in a separate play area where he could still play with another dog. They are very communicative and provided the best care for my dog. He came home super happy and exhausted. We look forward to working with their trainer on the issues our dog has and look forward to many more visits at Good Dog Ranch.

Due to the stigma around this breed I went in feeling anxious and soon as the staff greeted us I felt at ease. They were so kind and welcoming and just over all good vibes. Unfortunately our guy wasn’t a good fit so when we came back to pick him up I was feeling quite embarrassed but once again the team at good dog we’re totally cool. I will definitely bring him back for training in the future and maybe one day he can enjoy all the amazing amenities and love this place has to offer.

Working with Jaime with our puppy has made him go from completely scared of hands/being picked up, to the most trusting ball of fluff that loves pets/squishes/smooshes. My two dogs also had some sibling issues that consumed my day managing them. Then Jaime came and got us on a plan and schedule. I honestly wouldn’t know what I would have done if I never found Good Dog. The staff are so wonderful and clearly love all the pets, the puppy socials are really cool and it’s been amazing to see my puppy’s social skills grow in a safe and encouraging environment. I have worked with a couple trainers now and they are all great and very knowledgeable - they just get the mind of a dog. I would recommend their training and daycare to anyone/everyone in the lower mainland who wants their dogs to be well mannered. Thank you Good Dog, Jaime and the front staff for helping our family.

Right from the beginning I was helped on the phone in regards to how to book the appointment, then the day of I dropped her off at the beautiful facility all staff were so friendly! When I picked Luna up she looked amazing! We have definitely found our new groomers. Thanks Good Dog!

And not once has anyone ever made me feel like my requests were too much. Kate Bascombe is out usual groomer and she always gets his cut spot on. And trust me, when you have a goldendoodle, a good cut is crucial. Our dog also goes here for daycare and he loves it here. He loves all his aunties who looks after him. I can honestly say every single person who works here genuinely care about my dog. I also went here for his puppy training. We had a private session with Brieaane and she was amazing. Very caring, professional and approachable. We're looking to book another session with her.

We received a text a few hours after that informed us how she was doing and what group she would be playing with, a nice gesture to keep us updated. When I picked her up, not only did she want to stay but we were given a loot bag with treats, samples, coupons and a first day photo! It's little things like this that make a company stand out and understand how much our pets are family and mean the world to us. Thank you

Took our 1.5yr old pup here for her first day/assessment day this past Friday and I was blown away with how well their facilities are run and managed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and organized. Upon arrival, we were welcomed very warmly and briefed on what to expect for how Dolly would be assessed. A few hours after dropping her off, I was given a phone call and informed on how her assessment went and how to proceed with future bookings. When I came back to pick Dolly up, they gave me another update about how the rest of her day went and also sent us home with a cute care package! They only use positive reinforcement training methods with the dogs and also do a lot of enrichment for them as well. This is extremely important to me as that is how we’ve chosen to raise Dolly too. They’re very honest with how in demand their boarding is and it’s really no surprise to me because that is how amazing this place is! Thanks again for a wonderful day for Dolly!
