K	K. Murph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a room a month in advance, and pre-paid. When we showed up we were told that we had missed our appointment even though we we were 15 minutes early. Turns out they switched our appointment and never told us. We had driven 3 hours that morning and had been hanging out in the mall for hours, so the earlier time would not have been an issue had we been notified. We were refunded our money but that did not make up for the disappointment.
M	Matthew “Robbie” D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. A very polished and professional room - definitely felt immersive. Especially when compared to some other rooms I've been in. Being a permanent room, not one that changes, it's built to feel authentic. The only downside is that, like most escape rooms, the replay value just isn't there... but that can't really be helped. I REALLY like this theme room.
P	Proud Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small room was down, and had my family there for that room. The front desk girl just expected us to pay extra for the large room. I asked her for the supervisor and she was shocked someone would not just go with her idea for a solution to the issue. Told her again to go for the supervisor and long story short after 15 min of wait for a 21 year old supervisor nothing was done to find a solution for the problem. I've been to many escape rooms with my children and this one was the worse for management and employees who deal with the public. Way better rooms in the city to spend so much money on for your families guys .
T	Travis Calder (Crias SK) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 15 minutes early and it seemed like no one knew for sure what was going on. Didn't get into the room until more than 5 minutes into our 45 minute timer which is already pretty slim for 4 separate rooms. Then a major part of the puzzle involved finding pieces "hidden" around the room with no indication of whether we had found them all or whether the remaining pieces were behind locked directional locks. The final piece we "missed" was supposedly in plain sight... Which apparently meant jammed inside a prop in such a way that I thought pulling it out seemed like stretching the rules. The recording told us we had 10 minutes and less than 2 minutes later the room ended, but honestly I didn't even mind because I was completely over it. Duct tape over a puzzle, one prop was broken and came apart with exposed screws very easily. Puzzle theme was very interesting, but after doing nearly a dozen rooms this was easily one of the least fun.
S	Simran Saini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money. Please don’t go . Very rude crew. Unorganized, half of there stuff is broken. Very frustrating. We been to other escape room . This one is worst one . 1 star is too much. They deserve -10 atleast.
B	Benjamin Hoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We played Alien Outbreak as a pair a few weeks ago. My partner and I have played 26 escape rooms so far. This one was one of our favorites (ranked 4/26). The setting was extremely well done. I loved the tactile nature of a lot of the components in the game. While I thought a few of the puzzles were cumbersome I really enjoyed the overall feel of the escape room. A lot of tech in this room and unlike many other escape rooms we've been to that rely on tech, all of the tech worked in our play through. I really liked the hint system.
M	Matt P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was this experience not fun, but my whole family left angry! My kids were so excited to try their first escape room but all they got was frustration... We made it to literally the 2nd clue and got stuck. You'd think they would help you out when you get stuck but no. They're more than happy to watch us struggle while they count the $100 we paid to play. Wish I could give negative stars. Worst family experience we've ever had. Thanks for scamming us....
K	Katrina Kaplan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to a few escape rooms now and this was the most disorganized one. The guy that was there seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. The tape at the beginning was broken and did not work. One of the directional locks would not open even though we had the correct combination. The worker could not even get it open. The only reason we did not finish was because we were unable to open the broken lock. At the end when we asked for the solution because we did not plan on coming back anyway. The worker said he did not know the answer. This was genuinely one of the worst and most disorganized escape rooms I have ever been to. Don't bother wasting your time.
