D	Diane Pham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who was at the desk was very nice and helped us as my friend is new to escape rooms. However the room itself seemed run down, a lot of the items had grime on it and seemed old or over used. Would give a better rating if they fixed the items in the room or reprinted new puzzle sheets Puzzles themselves were okay. Not sure if I would come back, but the staff was nice and accommodating.
B	Bri LJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are experienced escape room players, but we did not enjoy this experience. The room was not clearly explained to us. The employee who served us didn’t tell the story well or make the story fun to listen to, more like he memorized the script. When our time ran out, we had just opened the Final box of the room. The employee came in and didn’t allow us to use the final key, and dismissed us and thanked us for coming. That is fine and fair, but I would spend my money at other escape rooms in the city before returning here. I’ve had better experiences in other rooms where employees will let you have an extra minute if you’re close, or will point out what you missed in order to finish. I’ve also had better experiences where the employees creatively tell a story that helps it be an immersive experience. Having the employee come in the room to give clues ruins the illusion that you’re “locked” in. They need to have employees that care about the job and try to make it feel immersive and are good at story telling.

S	Samantha Moos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fun and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit overused and run down but it doesn't affect the puzzles. I've done 2 rooms here and they were both super fun and challenging. Will definitely be back!
J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Dojo game. Place was a dump. Integral clues for solving the puzzle are barely readable, worn off, craft glued together, or barely secured. Let's just say most things are in the room are damaged. Was not enjoyable. Save your money until the owner fixes up this place. I have never wrote a review before but want to save you and your family and friends the same disappointment and wasted money.

The guy running the show was nice but his explanation was extremely scripted and his clue explanations were so difficult to understand that twice we had to get him to come back. The room was totally run down and it was very obvious that no ongoing maintenance is being done in the rooms. Also, the bathroom was super dirty. Probably won't come back.

The man working there was very nice, but the room was dated, worn down, and could use to be redone. I got a MASSIVE sliver from one of the pieces of furniture that was in the room that will likely leave a scar on my hand. The room we did followed no real story. Sure there was a theme, but the puzzles didn’t really relate to the theme at all. It was very random. A good escape room takes you through an immersive and connected experience. This was just a themed room with random puzzles that didn’t connect to the story whatsoever. Very disappointing and annoying. Spend your money elsewhere
