Took a little while to get going as I was new to the experience but I am definitely addicted now and will be going back asap. The guide was top notch, he was informative and personable. 5 stars all around for Trapped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trapped has one of the most unique rooms (Chaos Effect) we have ever done. It was very challenging but also lots of fun. Their other rooms are also worth checking out and very well done. We always have a great experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! Of my party of 4, 3 of us had never been to an escape room. We were greeted warmly and recommended the Jack the Ripper room which was really fun (though the desk section was a bit too hard to figure out without a hint, but hints are unlimited). Our time ran out before we could finish but since we were the last group of the day and they had some stuff to do they let us take another 20 minutes to finish! We hit our stride towards the end and were surprised with the inventive and interesting puzzles. Wonderful service and a well-run business. I highly recommend Trapped!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many escape rooms in Edmonton, this was easily the least immersive one. Doors between rooms in the ancient Egyptian room were just plain metal doors. Floors were plain linoleum. Puzzles were good but not very intellectually stimulating. Finished the entire puzzle and escaped with 20 min left . Not many details in the rooms and not much to detract you from the puzzles. Very straightforward and not much to interact with in the room. Every object was obviously a clue. Staff were by far the best part. Very friendly and helpful and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a birthday party here. The management team was very accommodating, pleasant and great with the kids. The escape rooms were fun and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The party room was clean, even had plates/cups/utensils/napkins (we brought our own so didn't use). COVID protocol was enforced strictly - QR code was checked at the door, not allowed to take masks off in the escape rooms or even in the lobby to take pictures. My kids already plan a return in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I did the Jack the Ripper room on Sunday. It was fantastic! We really enjoyed it! The staff there are wonderful, the rooms and facility are well kept and clean. I also appreciate that we get an hour to complete the room, not 45 minutes like other places. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give more stars I would. This was my first time trying an escape room and this did not disappoint (especially when it is the hardest room in Edmonton). We tried the Chaos Effect, the puzzles were so much fun and we loved the concept of the room but, I won't give too much detail because you need to go down and experience it yourself. The staff at Trapped were wonderful and I will definitely be going back to try the other rooms! Thank you to the amazing team at Trapped Edmonton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried a few escape rooms throughout Edmonton and this one was one of the best. I absolutely appreciate that you get an hour to complete the room, thank you. I have notice other companies have decreased their room time to 45 minutes, we will never book a 45 minute room. The puzzles were good, the staff are fun and helpful. Overall a great experience. Will be back for more.
