Our experience with Alberta Integrity Renovations was great! We have always had issues with contractors but not with this company. Chris was professional, on time and the work was quality. The quote we got was extremely reasonable and everything was completed without any delays or excuses. Chris was super knowledgeable and communication was great We had our siding replaced as well as our front door. Our house looks fantastic now! Highly recommend this company.

Amazing friendly locally owned company. They did a wonderful job on our multiple window installation. They did such a great job that we’ve hired them again to do our upstairs windows! Highly recommended!

Chris and his team were professional, friendly, and reliable, and they did not deviate from the price quoted. All men worked hard and efficiently, and it was obvious that they knew how to divide labour and problem solve on the fly when installing windows into my 43 year old home. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We moved this fall to a bigger house in need of a few renovations. Specifically we wanted our kitchen and bathrooms to be redone as they were quite dated. Having never done renovations before, we were a little nervous about how it would go. Chris and his team were great. We are very happy with the end result, and found the price to be very fair. Chris was always responsive, and his team was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Chris to any of my friends and family looking to do renovations.

UPDATE DEC 25 - Grout now FALLING OUT of my upstairs bathroom tiling in CHUNKS. Told my son to shower in the downstairs bathroom (which this company also "renovated"/ruined) - he texts me an hour later to let me know the shower handle has fallen out of the wall. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOUSE. I do not sleep and am stressed out all the time about what will fall apart next in my bathrooms. Before my house was old, but everything worked. Everything this company touched is literally falling apart. No response from company on text and email. ORIGINAL REVIEW- All of these positive reviews are for windows and doors. Bathrooms are a different story and flooding and water damage can ruin your home. I paid 18,000 dollars to have one tub with tile, one basement shower (note: quote did NOT include a journeyman plumber for either bathroom to check plumbing, which I was charged extra for and had to scale back on agreed-upon painting to cover the cost of), and less than 1,000 square feet of vinyl planking installed. The shower head installed upstairs was not affixed and was moving all over within the wall. When I asked why it was not affixed to a 2 by 4 in the wall (as is standard practice) was told "I didn't want to break the pipe” (?) Downstairs: The plumbing was already there, previous shower removed by ME, and no plumber was required/utilized - just 5,000 for a tile and glass door installation. The owner says the floor was not included in that price but the quote shows otherwise and was not done. Upon "completion" and full payment I went to use the shower. The seams were not siliconed at the bottom of the unit and the water flooded my bathroom floor within 20 seconds - an inch of water not leaking but POURING out at the seams, all over the floor. I texted and the owner said he'd come by to fix. He came by, re-siliconed and two days later, the bathroom flooded again. They blamed the glass door manufacturer, although an independent contractor came in and fixed their flood mess by simply installing the door with silicon in the proper place. By the owner's own admission - "I have no idea why the showerhead upstairs or the glass doors downstairs are leaking" - I had to put in an extra $1,000 just for supplies plus more for labour to have the downstairs bathroom fixed and I am now living in constant fear as they did not hire a plumber as part of their initial $6,500 bathtub/tile replacement upstairs nor for the $5,000 shower replacement downstairs. I have already had flooding downstairs and leaks due to their work. With respect to flooring, I asked if they could install baseboards to about 8 (eight) linear feet which they agreed to as part of the flooring price. For reference: I paid $6,500 for less than 950 sq feet of vinyl planking (which was bought from a supplier of their choice) so I paid a very fair rate of $6.74 per square foot installed. The baseboards were not aligned and completely unfinished - ie: not mitred in corners and when cut, not painted - just left. When I brought this up, I was told "You said you were going to paint the house, you can dap and paint your baseboards." The flooring (especially the stairs) have gaps that were not siliconed. The owner said I didn't bring up these deficiencies yet I have two text messages where I asked about this and the response was "Yea, we'll do all that when we fix the shower" - all of which was never fixed. I posted an honest review on facebook and. If asked by anyone to verify this review, I have time stamped photos, videos, copies of bank statements of full payment, copies of time stamped messages, screenshots of the owner ridiculing me with language like "bahahaha, do your research," and "lol, what's wrong with that?" (with respect to the unfinished work.) I wasn’t asking much: a fair job done at a fair price without water leaking everywhere every time a shower is used. I don't want another person to be taken advantage of or have to live in fear that their house will flood after spending $18,000 and then being left with a giant mess to clean up.

Chris and his team replaced all the windows in our house and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process and final outcome. He provided us with an accurate quote, even with the age of our old windows and water seepage that was discovered and rectified through the process. The job was done in the timeframe he gave us and everything was cleaned up and looking great when they finished. Very professional and quality work. I will definitely use these guys again and will recommend their services to friends and family. Thanks again Chris and team for all your hard work!
