Very unprofessional people to deal with, never pay for the service they get. We are looking for a payment for the tow we have completed for you sir and you're completely aware of it.

These workers are very responsible, even thought that day was snowing in the entire process , they still have done on time. Work quality is also great! The new window is very strong and very beautiful!

Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was always available to advice as we needed architectural approval for our basement window cutting. Quote was provided quickly and the work was also performed on time.

I had basement egress windows installed and the crews that showed up at my house were great. Quality work and the finished product is better then I was hoping. Everyone in the company has been great to deal with.

ASAP Concrete Cutting installed Egress Basement Windows and opened new entrance for basement door. They have advanced equipment to cut the concrete. I am very impressed by their work they done for me. They Installed 4 Egress Windows and my basement door entrance. My Basement is now legal with the emergency window they installed.

Terrible professionalism. I scheduled a job for 4 windows. I requested windows that were IN STOCK. They cut my concrete and after cutting they told me that I had to wait 2-3 weeks for two of 4 windows. Their poor service delayed my renovation for another 3 weeks. They were supposed to remove the concrete from my house. They hid the concrete pieces underneath the tarp instead of removing them. I will admit one thing though they did good job with installing two windows. Other than that they showed up unannounced twice and expected me to be there. I was not there so they did not perform the tasks. Everything is documented and with witnesses. I definitely and absolutely NOT recommend them. Especially their manager/supervisor Jason is a pretentious and thinks that he owns you. Emma or whoever the estimator was clearly lied. Stay away from them

It started good. They were responsive and seemed knowledgeable for the initial walk through and quote process. Then, things went sideways. We had two windows put into the basement - both supplied by them. Both have different latches - but whatever, they are in different rooms and really, who is going to notice. There was a large gap left in the caulking - after a heavy rain in which water poured into the house, we ended up fixing it ourselves. They were supposed to use a chainsaw to prevent over-cuts like this, but didn't (clearly...). But those things are small compared to the mess left behind. yes - that's WHITE carpet that is soaked through with concrete dust and footprints etc. It was a disaster. Broken glass on the dirt pile outside, rebar stuck in it at odd angles, tons of concrete left behind (we paid the extra to have them remove it...). I contacted the company directly with these pictures. They responded by calling me and setting up an appointment that they no-showed for. They called again, apologized and set up another appointment - another no-show. Then they stopped calling. It's been a ton of work to fix this mess (we were in the middle of showing the home to potential renters when this all happened) and the company has been unresponsive (well - except to charge the credit card...) The price is low, but buyer BEWARE! **Also, we had to get permits etc after the fact from the city and this company is NOT licensed despite what their website says.... it was a major headache

My head contractor/ handyman recommended Emma and team, who provided prompt concrete cutting and egress window installation, as well as a 4 1/4” inch vent opening for the basement. Great service with reasonable price. I did expect debris and dust inside the bedroom where the egress window goes so I covered the area with plastic sheet and afterwards vacuumed with construction type vacuum. My contractor also checked the cut window area after, caulking foam done well and inside insulation material stayed relatively dry. He, of course, continued with some followup for the installation of window casing as previously planned. Bathroom vent concrete cutting was done later week but also good. My handyman can install the necessary fan. Thanks you Emma and team.
