This is the 4th time I am ordering new windows from Window Mart since April 2019 for my house in Huntington Hills NW Calgary. I am a senior and could only replace them in stages. I am pleased with the experience. Ivan has been great to deal with, installers did an excellent job every time they put the windows in, everyone in the company has been polite and professional to deal with. The new windows are all triple pane casement type for me to easily open and close, and I love them. This time I will have Window Mart cut a new opening above my front door and put a half moon shaped window there, to allow for more light to come in.

We are exploring replacement windows in our basement. We took a lot of time to do web searching and read lots of reviews before we decided to contact Window Mart for a quote. It was easy to set up an appointment with them. The company's sales rep Max S. used his deep and extensive knowledge of windows manufacturing to explain to us the pros and cons of multiple choices that Window Mart has to offer. During a friendly and technical detailed conversation, Max S. has helped us to narrow down our focus to what seems to be the best choice for our circumstances. Max S. presented to us a competitive quote. We most likely will be placing an order to Window Mart. Ivan was extremely knowledgeable about the product, what to choose along with being the only sales rep that pointed out a window that would not meet building code to have it replaced with an opening window and could only be a fixed window. We had a bit of a hiccup with delay in manufacturing because of the plant employees getting COVID however once the windows were shipped, one week, the installation of 17 windows was done in one day. Not that the job was done in hurry but too the contrary, they just worked efficiently and accurately (Full 12 hour day of work). Leo was our installer and did a great job. The install was seamless. Our house is much warmer. Thank you Ivan, Leo and Window Mart.

I spoke to Ivan from Window Mart Calgary 2 years ago, he came to my house checked my windows damaged due to hail and gave me an estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product, with a choice of options he came along and he also has the display windows with him in his truck for us to view. Some how I got delayed getting my home work done. But I also referred him to my sisters house. He got the estimate and work done ASAP as promised. My sister is super happy with the way everything was dealt with. And after almost a year and a half I am getting my home windows done and I didn't look any further and called Ivan and guess what he remembered me well enough and remembered my house color and community I live in. Wowww isn't it amazing. Any way Ivan took some time out the same day came and inspected all the home windows and it was a seamless process with him. I trust his suggestion and appreciate his PROMPT service and patience. Can't wait for the windows to be installed. I trust the process is going to be seamless just like it has been until so far.. We have been living in Chaparral Valley for 11 years and we have decided to replace the builder installed windows. A friend recommended Window Mart and we set up an appointment with them. Ivan arrived on time for the appointment. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all our question and more. He also brought a lot of materials to make give us a better idea of how windows will look like. So far our experience with Window Mart was great and we can’t wait for the installation.

We had Ivan to our residence in Lethbridge for an estimate on both window and door replacements. We were glad to have a professional of Ivan’s caliber. He provided a thorough explanation of the products and their many benefits, including important aspects we had not even considered. The process was quick, and the price was excellent. Do yourself a favour - call Window Mart and let Ivan show you how easy the process can be. You be glad you did!

I ordered windows back in March. The day of installation they called me an hour late to cancel and promised to have my windows installed the next week. No one showed up that day either. I called the company multiple times, and got reply back, so I finally left a message to cancel the order and was going to go with another supplier instead. 3 months later the company calls me to tell me they have my windows ready to install. After reminding them that I cancelled, the sales rep finally calls and informs me that because I did not deal with him directly, my cancellation was not sufficient enough and threatened to take me to court if I did not proceed with their window install. So I called the other supplier and cancelled, losing my $500 deposit with them. When the Window Mart installer finally arrived and installed my windows, it was poorly done. He cut through my siding and then siliconed it back together, leaving smears all over. In other places the windows don't even align with the siding, leaving gaps and I will now have to replace the siding as a result. Additionally, I have requested flat trim to go with the interior of my bathroom window, as the rest of my windows have the same. What was installed was not flush and looks like an eyesore!! I don't even want to call the company to have them fix it again, as I'm worried what else they will screw up next and I just want to cry looking at how botched of a job they did on my house!!! Edit: After originally posting this review, Window Mart did reach out to me to try to resolve the issue. They did offer to cover up the damaged siding with window trim, but I've chosen to replace the siding, as I do not want larger window trim. They did also replace the window trim inside the bathroom and offered me a $150 Earls gift card as well as assuring me they will talk to the sales representative about his conduct.
