★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service from everyone, specifically my sales person Kevin. Was very helpful and patient as I tried on different stuff. Made sure I had the right size. Cashier was great even when juggling a bunch of back Friday insanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the store @ Yonge & Dundas Square to explore & planned not to make any purchase 100%. One of the floor support named OluwaTosin Ibiyeye walk up to assist me & introduce me to some of the items.
From the onset I noticed without a doubt he knew what he was talking about & was straight forward. This got me soo impressed because when I visit most store, they try to sell you something without trying to figure out if either that’s specifically why you was at the store or what you want, and if it’s something you want they do a bad job selling it to me but after listening to Tosin suggestion, reasons & answers to my questions I decided to get the UB 22 Cold Roy & can’t wait to workout with the pair.
This is my 2nd pair of Adidas within my shoe collections cause I ain’t an Adidas person rather I’m a Nike & Jordan person

I went in to purchase shoes. I just touch one shoe to check the size, Staff came and standing behind me . As I was in my work uniform. I don't like the way they judge people just enter in store.
Never returning there.
I am manager at store but I never judge even homeless person enter my store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST ADIDAS store! We travel from Hamilton to Toronto specifically for this location. We came for a visit Sat Feb 15th 2022 and man are the staff super attentive and friendly to their customers. We were greeted by staff members in every section-super friendly and happy people-so refreshing! Willing to help -not pushy at all. The selection at the store is MINT! Lovvvve it! Not the first time we experienced such great service and I know it won't be the last!

Nat and Brandy are the most amazing managers, she and brandy went above and beyond for me.. she helped me out and did the impossible for me.
