Do not bring your car there. My car didnt start so decided to bring it to Acura instead of a small garage. Bad idea !! After waiting a whole day Acura calls me back at 5pm telling me my car is ready and I can come pick it up. At my surprise I said how can my car be fixed if I didn't agreed to anything, they told me it was a small connection issue and it will cost you $500 plus tax, I refused to pay a full amount as they never call me to let me know the issue and the cost. long story short, they drop the price to $300 when I still refused they told me they will cut my cables and leave my car on the street. And they did exactly that, cut my cables and even tried to hide it. Do not go there!!!

This is what a true car dealership in business should be. Both the salesman William Landry and his team of professionals, have made every effort to make this purchase pleasant and perfect. Professionals from the very first second I walked into this dealership. These people are serious and in business for the long-term. Product brand is one thing, although attitude and commitment is key. Thanks for everything Acura Laval! AAAAA+++++

Just got the keys to my new RDX and am absolutely loving it !! Thanks to William Landry at Acura Laval, my experience there was nothing but pleasant. Will was not only very patient, respectful and reassuring, but very knowledgeable and took his time with us. From day one, he promised to deliver... and he did not disappoint us !!!! The professional and courteous service I witnessed was from the service manager Martin Roy. He was efficient. He found a solution and removed any doubt from a satisfied Acura client. Martin and Acura Canada kept their reputation intact in the luxury market.

Terrible follow up service. Initially sales rep was nice, but they did not have the vehicle I was looking for. I gave him my number and asked him to call me as soon as the vehicle model I want. I went there twice and never had anyone follow up with me. My neighbour went there with his wife wanting a brand new Acura. It was not in stock. They never called him back either. He ended up going out of his way to another dealership in another town to get his Acura. For me, I went and bought a Toyota instead.

Always had an excellent service at Acura. Whether it is for when I brought it for an oil change, being dropped at work or when I returned the car. I highly recommend Acura de Laval.

Today I went in to lease a new vehicule, even though they saw me enter and ask for help, I waited approximately 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up to assist me. Afterwards they called a salesman and no one showed up for another 30 minutes. At that point I simply decided to leave and visit the dealerships across the street where the staff were much more welcoming.

Took delivery of my second vehicle this week from Acura Laval. It was a pleasure to deal with the sales representative and director. The delivery process was an absolute pleasure. All my questions were answered. Very friendly and professional. A big thank you to the Acura Laval team!
