Il a commencĂ© Ă mal me parler et Ă m'envoyer me promener avec tant d'impulsivitĂ© et de colĂšre. J'ai Ă©tĂ© tellement effrayĂ©. Et j'apprends qu'il est un technicien en Ă©lectricitĂ© pour votre entreprise qui offre du service-conseils, la mĂȘme entreprise que j'avais consultĂ© derniĂšrement. HonnĂȘtement, je dois donner une Ă©toile sur cinq. Si vos employĂ©s agissent ainsi avec le public... pour une simple nĂ©gociation, comment puis-je faire affaire avec votre entreprise, vous qui offrez supposĂ©ment des services-conseil et qui ĂȘtes en contact avec la clientĂšle Ă la journĂ©e longue? Non... je ne veux plus rien Ă y voir et je ne le conseillerais pas non plus Ă mes proches! 0/5 pour le respect pour la clientĂšle
One of your Building Electrical Technicians (S.F) posted an ad online to sell an item. I contacted him and offered a simple price negotiation offer. He started talking badly to me and sending me for walks with so much impulsiveness and anger. I was so scared. And I learn that he is an electrical technician for your company that offers consulting services, the same company that I had consulted recently. Honestly, I have to give one star out of five. If your employees act like this with the public...for a simple negotiation, how can I do business with your company, you who supposedly offer consulting services and who are in contact with customers all day long? No... I don't want anything to do with it anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to my relatives either! 0/5 for respect for customers
