★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rui Chen at ACE Health Care is the Endocrinologist who has been caring for me and the experience has been great. She is patient and attentive, who genuinely shows that her main goal is to provide the best care to her patient. Staff are nice and helpful all the time as well.

I'm really glad I got referred to her for diagnosing some issues I was having whilst trying to conceive. 6 months later and I am pregnant! Very happy with the level of care received, and Dr Chen certainly made me feel listened to and understood. She has a very empathetic approach and I will be more than happy to continue my care with her throughout this pregnancy and for other future pregnancies to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very first day we started the process with my thyroid, this clinic, and Dr Chen, has absolutely been amazing. The amount of care and detail pre and post surgery is better than what I had imagined. I had a massive thyroid and almost lost my life due to it. Dr Chen and this clinic immediately took me in, and began the process as fast as possible. Without their help, I don’t know if I would be here today. To anyone hesitant going to this clinic, I would not worry at all. They are the best of the best in Metro Vancouver. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff always communicate very quickly and efficiently with me, they answer all my questions and are quick to send over lab requisitions, etc, and appointment follow-ups, everyone has been very professional. Dr. Chen has been amazing since I have been diagnosed with diabetes, she explained everything to me, she is open, she always listens, she is encouraging and gives lots of good suggestions when I have questions. She is very professional and is always on time for our appointment. I really appreciate her!
