T	Terry Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Sleep Apnea clinic ever! I hardly feel energetic after I awake every morning, and I could felt asleep by lunch. I saw Coastal Sleep poster at my family doctor's clinic, and he recommend me to call them. It changed my life forever. I called the Burnaby office to book my appointments for free CPAP trial. Chelsea and Wendy from the reception are friendly and very helpful. They were very patience and showed me how to use the sleep monitor to get accurate data from my sleep. The therapist, Mr Jie, is very thorough and going through my report with me. Of course I had diagnosed with very bad obstructive Sleep Apnea (AHI over 80). Jie helped me choose the right CPAP machine and mask. And my AHI dropped from 80 to 1.1! I never feel sleepy throughout the day ever since. I highly recommend Jie and Burnaby office for your CPAP needs.

The sleep consultant, Lan, took the time to explain how the machine worked and most importantly took care to ensure she found the right mask. He follow up frequently during the consultation period to ensure everything is working as it should; for example, explain the machine readings. After a couple of months of using the machine, my wife found her mask did not work well when she has congestion caused by seasonal allergies. She called back and Lan gave her another mask to try. This business has high standard of care and stand behind their services. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. The place is very clean and bright and airy. Highly recommend Coastal Sleep, Burnaby.

Both the time I had a very long and satisfactory discussion with Mr. Mohammad Rahman regarding my respiratory problem. He is very kind and helpful person. He explained and addressed all my queries vary well. He gave me very useful advice regarding maintenance of my old and new machines. I am using my old machine for more than five years, but first time I received those useful tips from Mr. Mohammad Rahman. I am very happy regarding the service of Mr. Mohammad Rahman.

I would love to see more flexibility to swap or exchange some new parts that are not useful for the client, which is a waste of money. I suppose more coordination is needed with the Ministry and the Distributor/Manufacturer. Also, I love to see a recycling program in place. Thanks for reading my review.

The reception staff is always welcoming and friendly, and always attentive to patients right as they walk through the doors. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mohammad Rahman who helped me get settled into my Sleep Apnea treatment. He is very thorough when relaying information and diagnoses, as well as being transparent with various options of treatment and equipment.
