All the staffs I met were very friendly, and I saw many smiling faces from the moment I steped into the clinic. The impant surgery was much less painful than what I thought about. Dr. Jin is not only highly professional and skilled, but also thoughtful and has a great sense of humor. Before he started the sugery, he made a couple of light jokes to help me to relax, even during the operation, he also frequently checked with me to ensure that I didn't feel pain. After the sugery I didn't feel too much pain in the wound, and the swelling went away after four days as the afrer sugery instruction said. The crowns will be installed after four months, so far, everything goes smoothly.

All stages of the treatment process had been presented very transparently and triple checked if we were still on-board. The healing has gone well after undergoing a 5 hour surgery with great results so far. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Mark Kwon and all the staff were so friendly and caring where they always made sure I was okay. Although I was extremely nervous on the day of my implant procedure, I felt very comfortable being in the centre! Even during the implant procedure, Mr Kwon and his assistant were always letting me know what they are doing, and what they are doing next and it helped me feel a lot more calmer throughout the whole process. Mr Kwon is so sweet, I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for vancouver implant dentist!

All procedures were explained and questions clarified. No discomfort at all. Wonderful caring staff and a gracious atmosphere. And a sense of humour too. Initially, the colour for my crown did not turn out right, but the team re-did the crown and now it looks great. All staff that I met were very nice and friendly.

Starting from initial meeting, procedure overview, surgery and final step with adjusting crown to match existing teeth. Sinus lifting and implant installation was a top notch job. 6 months passed since the crown was installed and now my wife feel it like a regular tooth. We are both happy with the final result.
