★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here for cleaning every now and then, and cavities if needed. The Dentists are really nice and friendly, you check in and you are in almost right away! They even have little rewards for younger kids, but im too old for those. They always do a good job with the teeth and i never have any pain at the moment nor afterwards. Very satisfied with the place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this dentist a few years back, Thought that I liked it, until when I went to pay, they told my insurance didn't cover white fillings on back teeth, and that I would be paying for it out of Pocket, I wouldn't have had an issue with this, had anyone told me before hand that, or asked if I wanted to take a cheaper option, I paid $200 that I hadn't a clue I would have to, they also tried to make me get a night guard, which I do not need, and gouge me for extra. Recently I told them I moved and they didn't need to keep me in the records for cleanings, and two months later, I found nearly $600 in charges against my insurance for services in 2021, I haven't been here since 2019. Not Impressed, and a filling chipped again a few months later.
EDIT: After having my Insurance Provider look into it, its an "estimate for pre-approval," Even the insurance provider was not sure why these are being submitted when I haven't been back in two years, nor made an appointment. But as it stands, the charges were pre approval, and not actual claims, so while still confusing, it at least wasn't an actual claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally pick the dental clinic because it was close to home. But now I’ll be very particular about going to Na-Young, the dental hygienist is incredibly meticulous about the cleaning and has refined dexterity so all of her actions are very effective and comfortable. I even got educated on oral hygiene habits and got floss so I can start immediately. Above and beyond. Five stars - just her.

Dr. Najian and her team are amazing with our kids. Our 5 year old is legit excited for his trips to the dentist and our 2 year who was initially quite scared has really come around thanks to the effort by the staff.
Very grateful to have such a great dentist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only GREAT things to say about HighGate Dental. Especially about Michael and his teeth cleaning skills. He has been coolest person I've ever met in a dental office. His finesse and attention to detail on my teeth is extraordinary. I feel like a million bucks everytime he's done working his magic on me. He always provides the best advice and the experience he gives is that similar to being at a spa. I look forward to my dentist visits now.
