★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly mother and myself have been attending Dr.Kwok’s Arcola Dental Centre for over a decade. Dr.Kwok is extremely professional whilst sincerely friendly along with his staff.
They have taken well care of me, especially in two previous emergencies. The former was a painful toothache/abscess wherein I was not yet their patient and they treated me as if I was one. Thus I switched to a formal patient of Dr.Kwoks’ therefrom. The latter involved an independent gum specialist who initially refused to follow up on my request given serious side effects. I thus reached out to Dr.Kwok wherein his receptionist ensured I was seen immediately. Dr.Kwok took matters over and even contacted the specialist directly to a resolution.
The residing Dental Assistant is proficient and such an authentic individual that I actually look forward to my regular checkup visits. The staff overall are consistently welcoming.
A family friend who was initially fearful of dental work and avoided same, just recently had several satisfied and relieved work done.
My mother (who has no email) and I unquestionably highly recommend Dr.Kwok. He is thorough in his work, and inherently patient and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before being Dr Kwok’s patient, I used to be scared of dentist visits. But Dr Kwok has helped me get rid of that fear altogether. He makes me feel comfortable and at ease. His expertise and attention to patients needs is simply amazing. His staff especially Banuja always welcomes you with a smile on her face. Love chatting before and after my appointments with them. All in all, the best, cleanest, most organised, most welcoming facility and the best dentist I have ever met in life. Cheers Dr Kwok and team! Keep up the great work ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and doctors, they give you the family feel! Drs kwok and Lai are very honest and are caring took care of me and my fiancé for our dental work! We were referred to come to there dental office and no regrets! Don't hesitate they are knowledgeable and honest about what really needs to get done, and do great dental work! So far, from our dental experiences in the past this place is is the best and will be coming here for all our dental work for many years to come.I highly recommend Arcola dental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kwok is amazing...the staff there are the nicest people ever. Always helpful and accommodating. Dr Kwok is extremely knowledgeable and was able to find/fix a tooth sensitivity problem that others couldn't see. Two years of sensitivity gone with one visit.
