We've always been happy with Mainland Sleep on 6th Avenue in Burnaby.
There have been different staff members through the many years we've been dealing with Mainland and have always been happy with all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First night with my replacement machine and had a few issues I wasn't sure how to correct....so I dropped in unexpectedly hoping to see her and sure enough she took me right in and addressed my concerns and did a remote adjustment on the machine and told me to try that and she would follow up after the weekend. Old fashioned customer service and caring for you as a person. Hard to find these days and reminds you that you are a person and not a number... my heartfelt thanks to her and everyone there in her office.
6 month follow up and they are so good and so caring about you and your condition and helping you...everyone here is amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every person who works here is super sweet and efficient. Everytime I've gone, they're on schedule, everything is clean and I'm not there for very long. They take care of me and my Papa. I highly recommend them to receive help for your sleep apnea.

I was fitted into their schedule within a week, saw both Katarina and Meredith. They were both welcoming and very helpful. I recommend them highly.
