That's understandable but They just taken me out and all other people stayed in there. Their only excuse was, we don't take patients parents but there was other people who also waiting for their parents. I didn't understand why just taken out me. If they have rule as "We only take patients" Than they have to take out all other people not specific people

Told receptionist you shouldn't let him into the room why are you punish me because he was late!!!! no response. once got in technician told me to go pee, i thought just release pressure. didn't release everything.... she gave wrong report to doctor !!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE
S	Selen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists were so kind and helpful however I had the worst experience ever with the technician. I went there for my ultrasound. This is my second pregnancy so I have been in my other places. The way she is talking was su rude. I asked if everything is normal because she didn't even show me the screen, the heartbeat or give me any pictures. My question was simple just to understand if the baby is alive cause I didn't feel the baby moving that day. She rudely answered "You are not supposed to ask me these kind of questions!". Well, I am aware technicians don't give details however they've always been so nice and at least showed the heart-beat, told me the baby is there moving etc. She made me feel guilty instead because I asked her for a picture or is baby alright. Unfortunately, I don't suggest any expecting mom going there for an ultrasound. It was heartbreaking.

The reception staff is always courteous and helpful. The ultrasound techs are professional and so nice to deal with. A big THANK YOU to technician Inna for your personable approach and professionalism.

The staff there are extremely friendly and courteous which is so different from my normal experience with other clinics. I accidentally came 20 mins earlier than my actual appointment time, thinking I would probably need to wait a little bit in the office. However, I ended up waiting no longer then 5 min for the technician to bring me into the procedure room. The technician Zoya was very kind and empathetic towards me and explained the whole procedure. The receptionists was very friendly and helpful. This clinic is fantastic - highly recommend!

We've had 2 different ultrasound techs who were BOTH wonderful, compassionate and understanding. My wife and I have had a number of miscarriages and ultra-sounds can be very emotional / stressful events. The techs were very very accommodating and treated us like HUMAN BEINGS, unlike any other places we've visited (we've gone to half a dozen places). We drive over an hour to this location because it has a reputation for being a compassionate location. Totally worth it, would highly HIGHLY recommend Receptionists are knowledgeable and professional making the registration process fast and easy.
