Dr Li and her staff are professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable. Dr Li was very transparent about what was being done during each step of the procedure, and answered every follow up questions I had. Also, the office is clean, and the parking is convenient. Couldn't ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Li does a great job and is also very attentive to children. My 4 year old daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist and enjoys the the toy she gets to choose from the toy drawer when she gets her teeth cleaned.

Dr. Li was professional and friendly, and she took great care in making sure my new smile is exactly what I have always dreamed of. She was great at setting expectations and communicating what was changing during every visit. The hygienist was always so nice and considering I had to visit monthly, I felt very safe being at the office throughout the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to BC Dental Care in the past. With no insurance back in the day, the prices were good along with the service- I always had a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately I called this morning to book a cleaning apt and to see Dr.Li. The receptionist was extremely rude, when I specified if my apt would be a cleaning and a check up with dr.li her response was no. You don’t have insurance. This was never a problem in the past and when I explained I now have insurance she completely changed her behaviour. I ended up feeling extremely uncomfortable and her tone completely threw me off.
I’ve decided to pursue another dental office. Disappointing this place has such bad customer service, it made you lose a client today!!
