i came without appointment and got the worst service in my life. Instead of refusing me a spot this day due to high volume, Nina told me to come 40 mins before the closure of the place. She was working with me and another client at the same time. She doesn’t know how to make even nail shape and even surface polish. My nails looked extremely ugly and started to take off very soon.
I came after 3 day to get this disaster removed. She was trying to price it’s not her fault that my nail polish is peeling and it’s because I asked 3 layers of colour. I instead on removing and she left almost nothing of my nails ??? it’s so thin that it hurts.
