โ โ โ โ โ Worst service I have ever experienced. Not only did the technician cut my skin and kept jabbing at the same place (which was bleeding and I now have a scar) but the owner fought me for a discount. My nails cracked after 2 days, this has never happened before with shallac! Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for an appointment I made but I always had to endure the pain of a inadequate technician.

โ โ โ โ โ I got my Nails done two days ago and I must say my experience wasnโt the best ...I asked for acrylic nails and shellac and the phone person said 45$ once it was done they charged me 58$ !!!!
When I came in the lady started doing GEL on me without asking what I wanted !! she made them so thin , 2 days later I already have 3 BROKEN nails !!! I call them and they donโt answer . Wonโt be going back ...

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice ladies the owner Lena is always approachable and friendly. She always greats you by your name. Everyone makes you feel welcome versus other salons when I have felt like a number.
I love the quality of the lady who I see โHaโ she is awesome.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to that nails spa for a number of years and my experience was very positive. The location, the prices and free parking are great as well. I do acrylic nails every 3 weeks and i had my nails chip only twice maybe during these 4 years in between the refills and they fixed it for free. You have to find a nails technician thats perfect for your nails. The first couple of nail technicians I went to there, did a good job , but the third lady I've tried does the best nail job ever for me , so I go to her on a regular basis. Each nail technician has a different technique, so find the one that fits your nail style the best. :) They also use high quality materials .

โ โ โ โ โ The shellac manicure chipped the next day on 5 of the nails. I have booked an appointment to fix them. When I came I had to wait for 25 minutes, because they were busy and no one cared that I was waiting. After one more reminder one of the workers decided to add a little drop of the nail polish on those nails, that chipped, which would make them look even more terrible. 50min later they've redone them made me feel like they're doing a huge favour for me. Such a terrible customer service and unacceptable quality of work.

โ โ โ โ โ Been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and they do an amazing job. By far the best nail salon around. Everyone does an amazing job on their nails, Lina is my go to but everyone is equally as amazing
