โ โ โ โ โ Dingy but the food was surprisingly good. They have a lot of menu options I haven't seen in any other all you can eat sushi places... but they're also more expensive. That's probably why.

โ โ โ โ โ The sushi was really good loved it but, the service was terrible itโs all you can eat and the server told us โwe ordered too much, next time donโt order this muchโ. And we ate what we ordered, they were making faces and were so rude, and the soup we ordered was disgusting snd it smelled snd tasted really bad and she kept saying we had to pay for it

โ โ โ โ โ I went for all you can eat sushi to celebrate my friends birthday and was so excited because I order from there all the time. I tried to order a few handrolls with no rice because of a dietary issue and they refused to let me because they said rice is what fills you up so they will only do this for takeout. Iโm a loyal customer who orders there weekly so I felt this was very short sighted. Also I just simply ordered extra sashimi, steak, and other menu options that did not contain rice - so not really sure the difference. Just a bad customer experience. The waitress denied and then negatively checked with the chefs in a way that made them also laugh and say no way. Would recommend going to other places where they arenโt irrationally stingy.

โ โ โ โ โ A dinner menu for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids is over $160 with tax and tips. Definitely overpriced as the service and quality of food not worth it. Do you ever clean the restroom??? Smell was so disgusting, they were out of toilet paper and the floor was perhaps the dirties one I have ever seen. Regretted trying to wash my hands. Never coming back.

I just placed an order for over $200 and got 2 soya sauce containers, despite specifically making a request on the phone for more and willing to pay extra! When I went to pick up I asked the lady to double check we had enough and she said yes. After arriving home and saw ONLY 2, I called them and the person on the phone had the audacity to lie to me and not offer me any rectification despite their mistake. Disgusting customer service and to add to this awful behaviour, half the food wasnโt cooked (like the shrimp and edamame, amongst other food) and the rest looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while. 0/10 would not recommend this place and will be calling health department to address these concerns. Horrifying experience. I repeat DO NOT ORDER from here. A ton of other sushi places in the area with better quality food and customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ We were very disappointed with the service. First, we came during lunchtime on mother's day, but they charged us the "holiday and weekend" dinner price rather that the "holiday and weekend" lunch, motivating it by the fact that it was a holiday! Then the orders started coming in, at least a handful of items were not the quantity we had ordered.
While bringing one of our orders the server was using only one hand to move things around and place it on the table, while she was holding the phone to her ear (!!!) And she ended up spilling the sauce all over the table, said 'sorry'and threw a bunch of napkins our way for us to clean up the mess! When we asked for the manager - she told us she was the manager. We called her out on being on the phone while serving us, making a mess, and not cleaning it. Her response was " well, I said I was sorry already. What can I do now?"
Not worth the $37 +tax+service per person. Would not recommend it!
(Bu the way, the place was almost empty, there were more staff than patrons)

โ โ โ โ โ Let me start by saying THIS IS NOT THE OLD HOCKEY SUSHI !!! I went here a few times years ago and the place was simply going downhill that we never went back. To my delight, we decided to give the "new" Story Sushi a try and were pleasantly delighted. The sashimi was fresh and high quality as one would expect. What really blew me away was the kitchen food. Everything was HOT and FRESHLY MADE. Even the tempura shrimp tasted like they just came out of the fryer (they seem to sit under a heat lamp at other places). The dim-sum was so hot that the server almost burned her hands on the bamboo. Even the ice cream was top quality (like actual strawberries in the strawberry ice cream and I HATE strawberry ice cream - but i liked this one). Hoping that the great food and service were not a fluke. We will be back.
Came to about $160 for a family of 4 with tax and tip, reasonable these days as other places have come to over $200 for the same thing.
The only reason for not giving it 5 star was that it was WAY TOO HOT inside...
