★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset. I specifically told them it’s my wedding I was there from 1pm to 3:35pm. My nails were filed uneven. The nail polish streaks showed and you can even see my thumb there was uneven polish. Very disappointing. I spent $105 and I had to go to another nail salon and pay another 60$ to redo my hands. Waste of time and money. Especially that I told them i need a clean job for my wedding. Never going back! However tina a girl that works there does a great job. Unfortunately I did not get her this time. I had two other ladies who did it and I was not satisfied at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! A hidden gem in Thornhill. Customer service is 10/10 and it is very rare for nail experts to clean under the nail with the extensions (or atleast the ones I've been to), glad this place does it. Will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The points system should be good but isn't... If the manager isn't there, your points won't be added. I started going in December, some hiccups but okay. Fast fast forward to March, my pedicure was rushed polish chipped within a week, my nails, she butchered. I showed her the design the tech agreed but didn't know how to complete it...it was horrible. My fill was not smooth... The gel was not applied evenly. She didn't want to repair my cracked nail, instead wanted to just apply the gel over the crack. That is not how you repair a broken nail, mind you, there were multiple nails with cracks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this place since they opened up. I get acrylic nails and pedicure. Emily and Tracy are amazing, so nice and professional, they care about their customers, not to mention the other ladies are also wonderful. I highly recommend them for any services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful place to get your nails done! I had such a lovely lady named Tina, who did a fabulous job with the dip on my nails. My sister loved her pedicure as well. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Nail technician was terrible. Made my acrylic nails too long (they looked like dragon talons) despite my repeatedly asking her to shorten them. my cuticles and fingers are bleeding. My fingertips are injured from the dremel. When she finally went to shorten the nails, the technician did a terrible job. The nails are now all crooked. And, while the tech was “shortening “ my nails, THE STAFF BEGAN TO TALK ABOUT ME WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS, IN FRONT OF MY FACE!! Zero customer service. manager, staff and customers made a 15-year-old girl cry… a girl who worked hard to earn money to get pretty nails. the manager said my nails don’t even look nice.

I wanted to come back and update this review - it's been 2 weeks and my nails still look amazing. I will definitely be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thin girl with blonde and green hair who did my manicure was extremely unprofessional. Didn’t even care to listen to my request. My nail tips were horrible and even the nails size and shapes were different. On correcting her, she made sure she ignores. The to put the cherry on the cake, the base of nails was done so horribly that it does not feel like i get the bio nails done.
