I would like to let you know on Tuesday 29,March 22 I had an appointment at 4.05 pm for Ultrasound at your location and your nurse was Mr Houman and he did his job very well and spent enough time and he was better than I did before for Ultrasound at the other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor asked me to do three tests there so I booked an appointment. I told the lady that I have three tests and I read the names. She said that everything will be done when I go there. I went there and waited and the doctor took me inside,did tests and the doctor said to me it was done. I even said to her that I have total three tests,she said you are done. I went to the reception and asked the receptionist is everything done or not and what should I do now. She clearly said to me your tests are done and we will send it to the doctor. THE SUMMARY IS THEY DIDN’T DO ONE TEST & DOCTOR TOLD ME TO DO IT AGAIN. I WAITED FOR ONE MONTHS TO GET MY DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENTS JUST TO HEAR THIS? I WILL NEVER GO THERE,IF NEEDED I WILL CHANGE MY DOCTOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not feel any pain at all during the vaginal ultrasound. The doctor and his assistant were very friendly and good, and I was very pleased with the good treatment of the clinic staff, and I recommend that you come to the clinic for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Care X-Ray and Ultrasound twice in the last 6 months where I was attended to by Sheetal, a technician. She not only comforted me during the procedure but was also very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very at ease. The process was also very timely, fast, and efficient, with which I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend the company, but especially this technician to my friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and X-ray was quick. My issue is that I wasted an hour coming early at opening when X-rays start at 9am instead of 8am. I called the day before because they don’t do bookings and checked the website and no one informed me that X-rays had a different service schedule. A simple update on their website will save people time and a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. First of all, they do not answer there phone calls so you waste a lot of time
Second you explain to them what is on the paper for your xray and ultrasound and when you arrive they tell you that you did not say this. So appointment was canceled. It's funny that you say the left leg three times on the phone call and twice they say right leg. Someone behind the front desk does not pay attention to the patient on the phone. This is very unprofessional as a business that people rely on. For me personally I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a lot of ultrasounds in my time, and the people at Care are by far and away the best. My ultrasound technician was extremely patient and kind. So often they’re in a rush and just look at you as a body and not a person. Not here. They’ll also squeeze you in, whereas other places weren’t even picking up the phone, much less calling me back. Very very happy with the service and quality of care.
