★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a positive experience! From the moment I entered to the end of my ultrasound everyone was so kind and professional, knew exactly what they were doing! My sonographer made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable. This was my best experience in a medical clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. I did not have to wait weeks to get an appointment and they did an ultrasound scan that other places do not perform. The staff was friendly and professional and my report was available so fast. Would definitely recommend and use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently found this clinic and I am so glad that I did. The staff are wonderful. Patient care at its best. The health care profession has changed and the front line workers deserve the biggest hugs and gratitude for what they do to help patients like me. This clinic shines with those front line workers. No matter how busy the staff were there was always a smile and that made me feel very comfortable. I have been to this clinic four times and on this particular Sunday visit, SHAGANI AND MELANIE just stood out by being soooo genuine and pleasant. I am very grateful for these staff and I have already recommended this clinic to several people. Do not hesitate to go there, you will not be disappointed on the care you receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My technologist was very kind and patient, and explained thoroughly what we see in the ultrasound.
Also the receptionists were very nice and welcoming.
Great staff!
EDIT: After another appointment, I wish I could give this place 10 stars! My next technologist was once again, exceptional, very efficient, knowledgeable and kindest!
It is not very often that you get to attend such a professional health clinic, that shows how much they care about their patients and their satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this clinic. COVID protocols were observed at the premises. On time appointments. My technician really put me at ease and explain what she would be doing. Very caring and respectful.
The online reminders prior to the appointments with links to details of preparations required on the day of the procedures were all very helpful too.
I highly recommend this diagnostic clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here last week with my husband for our first ultrasound for my first pregnancy. It’s an exciting time for us, and our experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and accommodating. I didn’t wait very long, I’d say about 10 minutes. The ultrasound tech spent her time showing us our baby, the heart beat, the arms and legs moving, it was all very interesting. The whole visit was no more than an hour, which is good when you have a full bladder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this clinic location this week and wow... the staff here are extremely friendly and courteous which is so different from my normal experience with other clinics. I accidentally came 20 mins earlier than my actual appointment time thinking I would probably need to wait a little bit in the office however I ended up waiting no longer than 5 minutes for the technician to bring me into the procedure room. The technician was very kind and empathetic towards me and explained the whole procedure, because of my concerns she also did an extra scan just in case. I didn't even have any questions because she had explained so thoroughly. This clinic is fantastic - highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my anatomy ultrasound at the Thornhill location. From check-in to the imaging procedure, everything was so smooth! The receptionist was extremely kind and accommodating. Ina, my technician, made sure to explain the whole procedure and answer any questions I had. Her demeanour was excellent and I could tell that she cared for her patients and their experience. This is my first pregnancy, so I especially appreciated her kind service. Only wish I had come to this location sooner for my previous ultrasounds. Overall, a really positive experience - I would recommend this location (and Ina) to other pregnant patients looking to book ultrasounds.
