The Technician was professional and friendly and nice.
But the receptionist is really rude and unkind.
Do not go there, find other imaging lab!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled an appointment based on the ob/gyn's recommendation. Waited there, just to be sent home because it's too early and 'no techs available to perform the scan anyway', even though they asked us to move the appointment to this time. What a waste of time, this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist left a message without saying where she was calling from and didn't even leave a number. Also left a message at last minute to schedule a surprise appointment for next day which we didn't expect this xray/ ultrasound appointment. Worst experience.

I give this clinic a 5/5 Stars. I had a thyroid biopsy done here and my experience was a good one. The staff are super professional and helpful. They have one of the best ultra sound machines in the city, very high tech. I felt really nervous going in and didn’t know what to expect but both Dr.Korb and Ultra Sound Technician Elena ease my worries with information regarding the procedure and what it entails. I thought the procedure was going to hurt but I didn’t even feel a thing. They were both very informative in regards to my questions and was very helpful in my diagnostic. I would recommend this clinic to all health care professionals who want the best for their clients.
