Went into this store to browse. The sales lady was very engaging to my daughter and helped her out with all her questions. She did not push or get irritated with any of the questions or the time she took to make her decision. She was so excited and thrilled with her purchases. That made my day. Thank you to the staff for all your help. Very informative. We will be back.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE!!!! The products and the Brand are great, but the staff at this store is RUDE and doesn’t care about the customers nor customer service!!! The manager SILVIA is the most RUDE of all never been so mistreated in a store and Im bought multiple products from Zwilling J.A. Henckels I truly hope they don’t show problems because if you need to replace anything under guarantee these rude employees will do anything to convince you that it is not covered under the terms of the guarantee even acuse you of lying, since when are they experts on guarantee and product evaluation. I made a formal complaint against this RUDE Manager, I hope Zwilling J.A. Henckels looks into these type of behaviour since it look like this team has been influence by this RUDE manger Silvia!!!

I was here to buy a thermoflask for my mom to brew iced tea in when I saw this on the counter; a box of twelve knives, so beautifully sharp and shiny. I turned to my mom and said, "Mom you should get these." She looked at me skeptically but when she opened it, her eyes grew wide. Not because they were beautiful, but because she knew how much good quality knives could do for someone like me who has crazy germs.

BUYER BEWARE: STORE SELLS FAKE ITEMS. Attempted to return set of 8 of the "hand-blown" Henkel glasses after discovering that the ones that I purchased on December 22nd were not genuine. The Henkel symbol on 7 of 8 of the glasses is false (see image for proof), and could easily be removed with very light touch/little effort. The original glasses we'd purchased from Hudson's Bay were genuine since the logo was etched into the glass and cannot be removed. In fact we'd ordered similar glasses from Amazon which were a bit smaller, whose etched henkel symbol could not be removed either, meaning someone intentionally removed the real glasses from the sealed container and swapped them out with fake ones, then sold it to me. After returning to the store and asking the assistant manager to politely exchange the item for the genuine article, this "person" refused and said we needed to contact customer service, after a long period of intense debate we were forced to leave the store with the original fake items, they refused to refund or exchange the items. Our only recourse is to contact Zwilling corporate head office, whose lines do not connect to anyone real and will simply drop the call when no agent is found to be available. They do not state any kind of customer service hours on the telephone number provided for corporate head office and so we have no way of contacting them at all. Without any other way of getting either the genuine article or my money back I am forced to take further action to remedy my situation. Just thought I'd post this for other folks visiting this store, do not buy here, or at least be 100% positive whatever you purchase is authentic before leaving the store as I suspect there are nefarious elements who are replacing the genuine articles with fakes and then selling them to people who have no way of getting a refund or replacement. We will have to seek other legal remedies to our situation, I will post further content as that progresses.

The store policy for pans are life time warranty. Unfortunately that's false advertisement. I bought 3 pans different sizes and the least used small pan is peeling. Where the most used medium size man has its scratches from regular use but no peeling. I asked to tell them this is faulty coating and they said no you used it wrong. They also said they don't cover non stick pans past 2 years. Which is completely against what was told to me that it is life time warranty. The pans are good but this kind of customer service is garbage. Don't buy if they plan on misleading you with false claims.
