Our venue has had a smooth, seamless experience buying more than one item from Omni. Pam and the whole team are lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

I had purchased a refrigerator for a specific space in my restaurant. The refrigerator came, the right model number, however the dimensions displayed on their website were way off and the fridge would not fit in the space. I had picked up the refrigerator myself, and return the refrigerator myself. Then the salesman gave me an option to buy a smaller refrigerator, however I had already made other installments for my space. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee, for something that was entirely their fault. I do not feel that this is the way to do business or build a brand, and that is why I gave it a one-star review.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM OMNI FOOD EQUIPMENT- COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE Purchased a commercial fridge 2 Β½ years ago. A month a go the compressor went (still under warranty). Called Omni Food Equipment for service. They refused to call & and have a conversation. Only communication was through email. 1st asked for a picture of the compressor. 2nd, insisted we have the compressor assessed by a technician & provide a data technician report confirming it was the compressor causing the issue ($120.00 out of our pocket…They would not cover). Told us they would send a new compressor once verified. We provided the technician report, confirming it was the compressor. Again, would not call us to discuss. Joe informed us, his manager said, we needed to bring the compressor in for them to assess. This was never discussed or requested an ANY prior email. We live out of town & requested they send the new compressor to us & we would return the old one (as they previously committed to). They never responded back. Asked to speak to a manager (named Kris), who never responded. Sent several emails with ZERO RESPONSE! Worst customer service ever! OMNI FOOD EQUIPMENT NEVER INTENDED TO FULFILL THEIR WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!

Crooks. They basically get the cheapest possible equipment they can find and then pray it'll last until the warranty is up. Though in many cases it seems that even if the equipment fails within the warranty they just shamelessly ghost you. Basically, zero decency, zero honor, zero self respect. Can NOT be trusted!!

I had a great experience with Omni. The customer service was good enough in terms of what I needed. I bought a steel work table and a refrigerator. It has been 5 months and it works perfectly fine.

I purchased a Donair/shawarma machine and did the payment last week. I haven't received any confirmation email about my order. I gave them a call and a very rude man spoke with me as if they don't need any customers. Anyways!Today I gave them another call and spoke with a lady. They don't know anything about my order because they have to ask their manager. She called back to me and said that they would ship today and it will be in Calgary after seven days. Can you imagine? It takes more than one week to learn what happened to your order. I will never ever buy anything from this company. Such a company in Canada! There must be something wrong.

I hoped to not have to leave this review, and this is the first time I have left a review like this in my life. Our customer service experience has been so terrible that it warrants it- we were lied to about a product being in their warehouse after we purchased it online then called to ask about eta. When we would call again they would say they would call us back with an update then never would. Eventually they told us the product they had already taken our money for was out of stock and we should have asked about that/ somehow known, even though the website let us order it and an employee previously told us they had it waiting. We asked to speak to a manager and no one has called. Waiting on a refund, if we don’t get it I intend to edit this to have one star. The reason I gave two here is that we bought two fridges from here in 2020 and had a good experience. It’s too bad, a simple call early on to say they made a mistake and were out of the product and there would be a small delay would have been totally fine and we could have understood.

All the below 1 star ⭐️ reviews are so make sense after what happen with us. I bought the steamer from here and was stop functioning in few weeks . They did repair since it was on warranty but it was missing part when we took back . I called back and spoke to the front desk and their manger . Must say he is very rude and disrespectful. I have ask them to order the part for us but no one has ever got back to us regarding this matter. Do not use this equipment store. Pay more and get better service at somewhere else.
